Excellent learning curve
Long hours No opportunity to grow in to other departments Good team members No permanent offer i have been temping for 3 years now. Shot stuff resulting in working overtime always. Money is way too less. No study leave is given for employees who would like to learn and grow their careers

Excellence
I'm a Technical Systems Consultant, both internal and external, I frequently interact with customers. I make sure that the company's technical systems are performing as expected, eg, computers, laptops and cameras, I configure operating systems on these devices and attend daily customer technical queries either on the phone or in person , I frequently visit company's retail stores to check on systems performance. I also analyse petential/suspected fraudulent documents and execute an end decision. I help sales consultants with identifying selling points on companies products or service, I analyse the business operations and provide improvement where applicable.

Good experience
My duties included being a team player as working with clients require assistance from others. I adapt easily to different personalities. Always try to finish task given on a daily basis.i enjoy being that helping hand. Leaving both parties happy. Assisting people as much as I can. I have learnt that we customer is not always right but you need to treat them as if they are...

I am an individual with an outstanding personality, I am a conscientious and responsible person, and my knowledge contributes to my capabilities of working with minimal supervision. I assert strong organisational skills in arranging and prioritising my daily chores to effectively perform my duties in a timely manner. Excellent learning curve
Cell c is a telecommunications company, I am currently at outbound retentions department, we call existing customers to renew their contracts. It's an absolute nice company, we have all races. It's fun to be at cell c.

Great culture
I have an associate degree in information technology and over ten years of experience working in an IT department with backup system and disaster recovery. I have extensive knowledge of backup environment, Installed HP Data Protector on a number of operating systems such as Windows, Red Hat Linux, HP_UX and Solaris. I have prepared documentation of the Data Protector backup, policy and backup architecture. Responsible for training & assisting operators in various shifts; monitoring and executing backups and reports.
