Consistency and dedication helps to amplify the drive to achieve bigger and better. In the time I have been working at cell c both in customer service, sales department and insurance department I have learnt that being consistent helps to achieve better results than you have set for your self. An environment like place where growth is not impossible but the strongest lesson being taught is experience and an equipment to do better else where should you come to a point where you have to leave. People who used to work here still pass by to greet and they do come through even on work events.

Good learning curve
Updating and managing social media platforms • Online advertising • Synergistic implementations of solutions and reputation management functions with various departments and key players. • Resolve queries online. • Managing online campaigns • Content management The challenge would be the 5min response time to customer queries.

Great learning experience
The company I'm currently working for has long hours but with a great learning experience. Progress is available but only in a different province which is Johannesburg. The relationship between my colleagues and I is the best relationship as most of the hours of my day is spent with them. I have learnt a lot from my colleagues and management's as they have taught me how to overcome my fears, take full responsibility of anything that comes my way and own the query relating to my job. What I enjoy the most about my job is helping my customers to the best of my ability and working for cell C as there are activities that are done monthly where food and drinks are provided for by management.

Amazing source of fundamental sales and operational ethics.
Typical day at work includes the sourcing of new customers or business in an environment where the solution is provided to home owners and small offices. Presentations, arranging meetings and cold calling are part of the daily KPI’s. Customer friendliness and making arrangements to attend to customer satisfaction is key. My relationship with co-workers make it more interesting and much easier to work given the pressure of having to fulfill plenty of roles in a time run by deadline dates. For instance multiple meeting scheduled at times that conflict one another would easily be resolved by a co-worker that can assist with these. I’ve learnt the value of customer service, sales and marketing acquisition skills and importantly, the after service if customers to build solid relationships and gain an advantage over any other competitor. The joy of the references from customers and clients is the most exciting part of my job. Satisfaction is the aim.
Pros: The reward. Commission structures are great so there is more opportunity for network and money.

Good Communication skills

Cistomer oriented
My day at work entails Daily stock take, inventory control, cash ups and banking. Customer queries and complaints handling. I lead a team of 5 consultants in general. At Cell C, I learnt the importance of team work, pitting the customer first, no matter what and the importance of product knowledge.
Pros: Great way to educate yourself about front end customer care.
Cons: Store level safety and security is awfully poor.

Promoter
It's great being a promoter you get to travel alot and see new places, new people and you make friends with other promoters'. One of the challenges is not getting enough sleep because we travel for hours and we work on our feet.

Computer Clerk
I was not happy with the basic salary even though I was enjoying to work in the company, the commission was good no lie, the relationship was perfect with co workers, I have learned that when you working in that industry customers needs comes first, I was enjoy to communicate with customers and meeting their needs, it's really feels good to see a customer happy with your products and when she or he got what they need. The most challenging part is when you have to solve the queries when there's misunderstanding about debit orders and payments.
Pros: The great opportunity is when we meet different people every day, we meet big managers, CEOs of different companies.
Cons: On Fridays we start at 8 to 7 Pm.
