Its a great environment to work in however they don't pay well. I love call center, its helpful and easy to use. The customers are challenging but its part of the job.

Excellent learning experience
I love working with people... Every day is a new challenge, meeting and exceeding the set targets is great. I enjoy cooking and baking..reading. Spending time with the family is always fantastic. Am also a creative individual love art and music especially music concerts or live music is what I really enjoy.

Excellent learning curve
It was great to work for a company with benefits like medical aid, cellphone, pension fund, petrol card. Opportunity to learn and grow. Learn about business administation and shareholders.

Good learning curve
What I've learnt working in my Company is that you work with people with different personalities and some of them are just there to work and get done some of them really needed the job what I liked about my workplace is that you meet different people everyday and the most challenging aspect is not reaching target at thee end of the month and you get a lot of pressure

• Provide authorisation for site access according to rules and procedures and report on unauthorised entries • Perform routine checks to ensure network integrity • Follow appropriate Telephone etiquette • Ensure correct handling of faults based on priority and urgency • Create awareness of network failures • Handling of network faults and anomalies according to fault handling procedures • Using telephone ,email ,sms services to effectively liaise with operations teams to resolve network faults and failures • Create management awareness of faults with little or no tractions by escalation • Liaise with relevant departments ,vendors and contractors where necessary to resolve problems

Excellent learning curve
Cell C is a great company with a great culture. One of the best reasons I enjoy going there everyday are the people! When I joined the company I was coming from a management background and I now wish to get back into that space.

Challenging work environment
Working with people is my strong point, learning how to deal with each customer because not all their needs are the same. The most important thing I learnt is patience and how to control a difficult situation such as an unhappy client. I worked with very experienced individuals and I had to catch up and match up to their efficiency. The working environment was not what I expected however I was able to work and figure it out. I take away from the experience that people and different but If the organization has the same rules applicable to everyone it makes it easier to follow through.
