Excellent learning
Where I used to work I enjoyed most working with people dealing with people I also learned how to approach difficult customers in many situation and adabt to a change of knowing why I there.friendly employees on the other side and some are not like other business. I have learned how to have a good customer service knowing a customer is always right in many ways and how to make sales advertising your business to people knowing that what ever is happening in the business is also our problem.I have learned all of the retail activities, fun not forgetting why am I working,in order to make sales, more customers, making money,knowing how to handle my own cash float though it is not easy to deal with difficult customers but I managed to.

What leads me to get a new job,its because of some critical problems
Where I am now is just a place to bust up my career,so as to know how to performe at work. The are many things I have learnt such as Team work,force full situation as to work under pressure. The most difficult challenges are you have to put your life in risk.we work long hours at times repeatedly,when it comes the pay day you become unhappy

Intermediate learning curve
As an employee of a big company,I would say I do appreciate my work because I learn too many things through the customers I deal with daily and i try not to get offended by the customers who are not satisfied by my services I continue giving others the best service I can.For as long as I worked for this company I learned that is not everyone who will appreciate my work or satisfied but I try not taking things personal because I have to be professional to my colleagues.I always enjoy working with a group of colleagues who we discuss every problem we encounter amongst ourselves than In front of a customer.Working as a cashier is not simple task because you have to continue being friendly even when your day has been ruined.That's what i always come across almost everyday.

GOOD EXPERIENCE
WORKING IN THE MEAT MARKET IS A GREAT EXPERIENCE THAT TOUGHT ME TO WORK WITH A TEAM,BE A TEAM PLAYER AND A LEADER. I HAVE MAINTAINED A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TEAM.I ALSO HAVE LEARNED THAT LISTENING IS A SKILL.I ENJOY TALKING TO CUSTOMERS AND LISTENING TO THEIR NEEDS.THE CHALLENGING PART OF THE JOB IS PAPER WORK.

Gained experience
I love working with the staff I've gained a lot of experience in the company and work myself up very fast, started as a cashier and up to now I'm a payroll clerk doing the hours of the staff,recruiting new staff and taking finger prints.

Excellent learning curve
It matures you in a way that u learn of better ways to communicate with others n costomers as well,teaches you to be patient and well behave in the work place. It is most of the time fair on treating their employees.

Excellent learning curve.
It was a great experience but it taught me to never settle for less and always strive for growth even though they never gave me that chance I'm still grateful for the opportunity they gave me.
