My normal day at work
I learn something new every day. I enjoy being challenged. I enjoy solving staff issues and customer complains. I have healthy relationship with staff members and senior management. Have learned to deal with different kind of people. I think on my feet and like the experiences a gain on a daily bases. I keep looking for new and challenging ways of doing my job. I motivate my co-workers were i can. I try and keep us moving to better working systems and try improve our working models'

It help me to be able to work with all kinds of people and customers
It is a very busy campany all u need to do is to have a smile in yo face. The stuff is very friendly whe it comes to work we share our thoughts and views.

Very good Leaning curve
I only work there as a store assistant and I am a graduate 🎓 I completed My HR N6 last year December. From now on, all I need is practical experience so that I could gain diploma.I have LEANERS license code 10. I have knowledge about HR aspect such as labor issues meaning I have the ability to solve labor issues about employees in the workplace

Cons: Long hours up to 08:00 till 18:00

excellent learning
I was working in a retail store,it was not difficult dealing with people i just enjoyed being around them,able to help when needed and I have learned a lot like a customer service knowing how to treat customers in an appropriate manner.My relationship with co-workers was good because I Love in a team and being able to help others when they need help is a good thing,understanding each other in a good way.I have learnt how to treat customer,a good service and I enjoyed dealing with cash and people.The most challenging aspect was to deal with difficult customers but I managed to do so because it was part of my job.

Its a nice Environment to work within
It's a retail,customer service environment where you have to communicate and help customers.. As well as ensuring they leave the store happy with their goodd well Packed.The Colleagues are very friendly And I've learnt good communication skills.The Job could be challenging during Holidays where the shop gets full .Because you would have to work extra hard

Good communication
Am a easy person to talk and I can work under pressure. I know that i can do anything which is my motor that anything is possible to me. I try by all means to be a hard worker and also promise my self that where ever I get opportunity to work at any company I will give it all my self to that company.

Repetitive daily routines
Repetitive daily routines the isn't much opportunity to apply your own ideas the environment and culture is structured probably to not change.. However it does build character in the sense that interacting with different people

Good learning curve
Great opportunity to enstablish myself into the business world,and build my profile. Also an ideal opportunity to interact with customer and suppliers,it gave me as an individual to improve my communication skills and my confident.

It was a great experience, had a lot of opportunities and I have learnt a lot in the company.
I started in the company with no retail experience but with all the opportunities that were there and the determination and the enthusiasm that I had in me I managed to worked myself up to being a regional fruit and veg manager. Had a very good relationship with my co-workers had a great business understanding and we strive to one vision I have learnt that in retail and being a leader you need to be very positive and be firm at the very same time. The reactions on outcome of positive sales and profits. Dealing with negative people and trying to change their mindsets.
Pros: Stability, continuous development, consistent development and had very great promotions 90 percent they were a positive growth.
Cons: Never had a problem with long hours

Well trained
I started as a packer at checkers. I Got an promotion to be a cashier . I was already got an experience as a cashier but they did train me to used their system they were kind . they taught me how to work with other people and how to treat the customers.
Pros: enough time for lunch
