Checkers gave me the best training they make sure you understand the systems and training on how to handle a customer and how to work in a team and leading your team to the out most best and communication and to be presentable its like you need to sell yourself by putting yourself in the market that s why i love marketing as well managing your people for a profit is based on how you lead by an example. Most challenging is when you have to deal with a customer complaint by making sure you don t loose a customer you have to be listen and adhere to that customer and fix the problem before it gets worse.

Excellent learning curve
i was given the opportunity to grow within the company from being a cashier to various admin clerk positions. positions that is, cash office clerk, point of sale and receiving admin. opening myself up to job knowledge , gave me the opportunity to be promoted to trainee manager and then later became admin manager. i am grateful the opportunities given and now seek a new opportunity to utilise my experience. checkers has great opportunities to grow within. the working hours becomes challenging within management positions.

I'm a very smart lady who can easily adapt in any environment and a fast learner
Always in time and have a table where I do my work orderly daily I have a good relationship with my core worker and management And I have learnt that respect and loyalty comes first I enjoy serving customers and leaving them satisfied Challenges is transport on my way back

Excellent in learning new thing, fast to learn
From my previous job I worked five days a week sometime six days. My co-workers we were like friends, respecting one another. The most important thing I have learnt is to work with customers . I enjoyed the relationship I had with customers , spending time helping . Most challenging aspects of the job is when working slow.

Highlight of my career
Part of growth is willingness to learn every day. Looking back from where I started to now I can safely say growth has been the main highlight to brag about. From being a general worker climbing up to my goals is a daily goal. To date the most challenging but excited to travel through journey is my current position in Checkers. Working and running different departments is a challenge to any human. My favourite in all departments namely fresh department, back admin, front admin and sales department, sales department has been and is my personal favourite followed by front admin. To join your company will be much appreciated as I ll be practising what I ve studied and did in my history of working experiences. I am really looking forward to your response. Thank you Pretty

Working good as a team and as an indivisual
I am able to work with people everyday.i ve learnt that communication is good everywhere you go.Even to customers or you collegues Putting a smile in you face makes you feel good at all the time.i ve learnt that even if you have problems at home you do not need other people to feel the same way as you..it is better to share it with them so that you will be good The most challenging thing when working with people especially customers..you need to understand that customer is always right.If he or she is giving you hard time you need to calm down and apologise

Excellent service experience
It very nice to work with people who understand what you want in life who also encouraged you to go after your dreams especially my one of my supervisor she is a good team leader who always tell us that we must not settled for less she always tell me that I must go to school and further my studies and I take her advice now I'm about to complete my business administration course and I have gain lot of experience such as how to handle difficult customers. And how to give excellent service to them.

Excellent learning curve
i began my career at checkers as a cashier then to a point of sale clerk. there after i was appointed data capturer. i was very enthusiastic to grow and learn more that i was then appointed cash office clerk. my last job instore was a receiving admin clerk. i gained much admin job functions that i was offered a trainee manager position. i passed the test and was appointed trainee manager. on completion of my training , i received the Checkers management training scheme certificate and was appointed as branch admin manager. Checkers has allowed me to grow and learn within the company and with my knowledge i train and guide my staff and also correct. i would like to endeavour into a new working environment and clientele. the working hours became extremely long with hardly time for family.

Good customer service
I am a healthy hardworking, self motivated loving person orientated, completed a diploma in travel and tourism, diploma in Microsoft office ensuring good team work and at the end the job is done....meeting new challenges..

Its a different new venture for me
Doing reports daily Drawing reports on store portals Answering phones Taking messages Typing Collating of replies from 9 stores Adhoc admin duties Bookings Communicating with all managers from each store I have a good relationship with all management and staff Doing extra duties for regional team as their secretary
