Excellect communication skills
I have good communication with staff, able to solve problems working at checkers give me opportunity to learn how to keep a customer happy always,on how to deal with any angry customer, how to keep calm any angry customer, how to solve a problem for the customer most of all I've learned that you have to always makes sure that you always give more, What I enjoy the most working with people because I'm one person who is friendly always smile and always help where I have to. When it's come to challenges it's when you have to deal with the issues, like when any employee will complain about her/his salary that is when u have to come in and out to solve the problem

You grow within the environment on daily basis
Working at the store it's a very good environment of communication and it's a fun working place you interact with different customers every day and most of the time you make enjoyable moments

Excellent learning curve
started off as a cashier and worked my way in various admin departments within the stores of Checkers. cash office clerk, data capturer, pricing and stock ledger and receiving admin clerk. was given the great opportunity to become trainee manager and on completion , was appointed as branch admin manager. it has been a pleasure to work for a growing and dynamic company. there is also great demands as working longer hours including public holidays and sundays can tire one self.

Excellent learning curve
I know the ins n outs of an admin manager. ive been in this aspect of the business for a long time. I have excellent relationship with my staff and have their support and excellent relationship with my colleagues and superiors.

My normal day at work
I learn something new every day. I enjoy being challenged. I enjoy solving staff issues and customer complains. I have healthy relationship with staff members and senior management. Have learned to deal with different kind of people. I think on my feet and like the experiences a gain on a daily bases. I keep looking for new and challenging ways of doing my job. I motivate my co-workers were i can. I try and keep us moving to better working systems and try improve our working models'

Good environment for growth and to empower yourself.
Retail gives me a chance to communicate with people from different backgrounds, to gain interpersonal skills, learning how to handle awkward situation. Leading a group of people is so interesting especially if you have a good relationship with youf co workers. The most challenging part of my job is dealingbwith difficult customers. but nonetheless i still manage to handle them in a polite manner

Accurate
It feel and it's a great thing to wake up every morning to know you that you going to see different people who came with different mood,but what must do is just to stay calm and polite in every challenge you get from your customers and your job,at retail environment you meet to many people and you get to learn new things everyday,you get to meet celebrities,unexpectedlymost and formost I enjoy my work working as a great team that we form as the colleagues,and working with money teach me money works
