Working at Clientele life has been an amazing opportunity. I got to learn a lot more than I imagined. Being tough and Professional, Adhering to the rules, maintain client relationship' all in all it was a great experience.

Fast learner

I'm a hard working young lady, who is willing to learn more different ideas. I take risk and meet my deadlines. Self motivated individual who is well disciplined. Always strives to win and be rewarded with what I do. Very competitive, out spoken, team player and will help other. I really appreciate the little I get and lastly but not least, always put God first with everything I do.....!

Benefits

No benefits in the company and salaries are not well benchmarked with what the market is offering. Also, opportunities for growth are not likely to happen any time soon. I am always working long extended hours almost every day. Poor role clarifications for individuals in my department have resulted in a poor collaboration between the teams. The complexity of the role allows me to apply my mind at all times. I have developed my skills as expected

Custom service

It was very nice working at that company,I enjoyed working with lots of different people and to socialize with them. I worked with a group,I had a good time with my coworkers sharing views and ideas. I managed to deal with conflicts though it was not easy but having such knowledge of dealing with conflicts in working environment helped me a lot. The most challenging in my previous work was to keep coworkers working allocate duties to them as per groups and make a follow up whilst there's another work waiting for me. But all that helped me a lot to learn how to work under pressure and to manage time.

Company is amazing and the stuff and bosses are friendly and easy to work with. Pushes yourself to work even more harder and must always be self motivated

An eye opener

I'm currently at Clientele Life and working there I must say it's been a rollercoaster ride. I've learnt that in order to get promoted,one has to work extremely hard to elevate themselves.But then what company doesn't do that I've encountered vast diversity of people.Having to help the clients has been my most satisying.Especially if everything was done in its utmost quality.After all that's what I believe in.At the end of the day,the job needs to get done.

Great company to work for

Working for my current company over 5 years it's been really fantastic. Started as a telemarketing agent where management notice potential and was promoted to a sale consultant in just 2 year of my employment. Currently I'm coaching new Afrikaans agent that is joining our team. I'm assisting my manager running monthly weekly and daily states and meetings to get our team up and running. Working with my team is just the best.

Pros: There is lots of growth
Cons: Monday to Friday 8am til 6pm

Good for growth

Multiskilling is very important at Clientèle as a consultant you have to know everything from call centre to administration and be able to effectively train others. This can be a lot to absorb and confusing

Pros: Opportunity to have a variety of experience
Cons: Doing a lot things at one can leaf to mistakes

I am a hardwork team player and have very good leadership and communication skills.I am a former information technology employee at next call and Forrester securities, I have experience in retail,administration,call center,database administration,information technology, store department coordinating,assistant manager
