Good with giving working experience
Good day The company has a good culture on creating a good work space by doing activities such as football challenges. When applying for the job they look of they know you personally and once they advertise the post already there is someone who will fill the post and they don’t give you feedback on why didn’t you get the post that was advertised, They would hire someone who doesn’t have an experience on the management team and still you will need to train the individual. Willing to learn and expand
Iam a highly motivated candidate that is willing to fulfil a challenging full time job, I want to gain entry in an organisation to acquire knowledge and skills, share my knowledge of study, implement and grow with the company . I want to reach goals and expand. In this administration office work I learned how to adapt to clients expectations and deal with a variety of different people and it has taught me good time management, responsibility and how to work well in a team. Working daily in ms word, excel , outlook emails and switchboard operations. Filling documents Welcoming client's and advising them where to find specific products General administration office work

Good
It is not bad at all to work under clientele life, I get along with my colleagues and staff, what I have learned is to be yourself and always work as a team, the most difficult part in working at clientele is to face some difficult clients and what I made sure is that even if I am wrong or right but customers first..

Learning curve
I have been employed at clientele for 9 years I started as a call centre agent for 2 years.I then moved to sales .after sales I moved to compliance as an investigator .I then obtained my diploma in criminal justice and forensics. Ian looking at studying CFE to enhance my career growth in forensics.

Good learning curve
I worked closely with my team members as we believed that if 1 can do better we all can achieve. Its gets boring if I didn't manage to reinstate policies, or nt getting hold of the client. Its get fun when we have a marathon day , where we get to pop the balloon 🎈 and get money and other things . I have learn to be strong and never give up.

Challenging and fun
It is challenging and you learn how to deal with difficult client, teaches you how to persue and give clients what they really need. Work hard and enjoy the rewards

Learning curve
Working 8 to 7 30min lunch time with 15min tea breaks in between, I have had the opportunity to learn how to sell and haddle objections from different angles.

Life experiences in my work place
My job as an Call Centre Sales Agent was very challenging but rewarding . Commission was good but challenges was leads where not warmed up but learned how to close a sale and made my clients to feel safe and comfortable speaking with me . The work place I used to work in was very busy and full of energy. Where I learned alot especially in how to cope in an stressful situation at work where targets where impossible to be reached. But learned to dail until I get a sale and handle queries till it's solved. I enjoyed the rewards of reaching targets because I got incentives which included bonuses and cash on hand .
