Excellent learning curve
It was an excellent learning curve, as I was new at the workplace from school. I learnt many things other than job it's self, the way to behave at workplace and how to work with other people, they gave me opportunities to explore and learn many things in the organisation, how the department operates and the skills were developed through measures as training programs were provided, I never worried much about payment as all I needed was experience to balance my qualification.

Great Place for employment but I am not happy about being on contract
A typical day at my office rather quiet unless schools are having a challenge with their individual database. A good relationship needs to be built with all the schools supporting staff as they are the main link to having reliable data on their databases. I have learnt that good database administration is more than just the information on the database but relationships you build with the different schools in order to have a good working relationship and ethic. I enjoy being able to assist a The most challenging aspects of the job is when the system behaves in a manner that does not assist schools especially when deadlines have to be met. ll my clients with all their daunting challenges that they come across during time of hard pressure.

I'm getting more and more experience
So far it's been great working in my current job but I need to challenge myself and I'm so keen to work for a private sector. I am willing to relocate to Gauteng and it is a dream hopefully it will come through. If you can look at my resume close I have worked for a public sector my entire career in a Human resources Development section and my qualification is Management of Training so I fit in and I will heat the ground running, I will be a very important asset to your company.
