I get along with people. I do enjoy meeting new people. I am a self-motivated individual with positive self-esteem, eager to acquire new knowledge. I am able to work on my initiatives and as part of a team. I am good at organizational skills, fluent in English and good in communicating , prioritization and time management. We we worked with schools tgat reside in limpopo, we were installing tgem softwares and going to the school to connect their printers and other related technical matters

Good learning curve
1. Typing and creating lessons with teachers, data capturing using SASAMS. Printing out emails to Executives and troubleshooting 21 smartboards with learners Tablets. 2. It was good a healthy workers relationship. 3. To be patient with people with their differences and respect always. Time management and commitment. 4. Encouraging learners in classes while cleaning and troubleshooting smartboard. 5. Not being able to fix learners Tablets on time.

Good learning experience
Ggi am a person who can interact with different people naturally like working with other people.I have learned and rotated in three sections,f firstly I was in assets Management Section then I wena to account Section under Debtors, then I went to procurement departmentuli you get HT yj Jeb

The recent changes in South African education system are not fully implemented.
Each and everyday I enjoy being with the learners imparting knowledge, discussing and arguing for better teaching and learning sphere. I also enjoy being in the company of my colleagues, whereby we are discussing about new methods of teaching, the behaviour of learners and the new policies of the department. I have learnt to cooperate, network, share and make mini-research, and also to be take proper and legal instructions from my supervisors. I enjoy the process of teaching and learning, especially when learners participate actively in this process. The most challenging aspect is the learners who are ill discipline and also the rate of absenteeism.
Pros: Yes. I am a hard-worker, and I also go extra-mile for my learners, especially those who are slow learners or who need remedial lessons. I also have a required degree in school management.
Cons: Every day I spend 2 hours extra-time, and on Saturdays I spend 6 to 7 hours teaching and assessing.

Problem Solving skills
Great place for learning how to work with people of all walks of life. Working on inspections of business, nutrition and extra mural activities helps with paying attention to detail. Great and conducive corporate culture and employee social wellness qprogrammes. ds

Team work
I'm a dedicated and motivated person, I like team work, it strengthen communication within the workplace,I enjoy challenges as it helps me learn how to overcome tough and difficult people. I also like working with people, working under pressure is my hobby as it helps to meet deadlines and work completed on time.

Excellent teaching and learning experience
The working hours in a day are quite goo. The day ends very soon when you are surrounded by enthusiastic people who like their work. The co-workers are very friendly and it was easy to connect with them because they have learnt that being a teacher does not only ends in teaching and learning sometimes you have to be a parent a social worker and a doctor. I enjoyed being in class and teaching my learners. Learners not having the same learning ability iwas the challenging aspect but with good strategies of teaching and learning everything is possible. understand diversity very well. I have

Excellent working curve
It was a great opportunity to work with department . thethe were giving as enough time to practice a day too day work on our own.we have our own working resources and enough working hours.they are very open-minded in terms of teams working,good decision and good communication wth other colleges.. I have more of knowledge and skills from department of education e.g communication skill,time management,decision making and problem solvibg.. they were giving us free workshop where we improve our self.. what I mostly enjoy it when I employeemply a teacher and capture all information on perusal system and get it all correct,attebding workshop,doing presentation about your daily work to the supervision.. attending meetings Becaus am a minute writtenof rewriter...yes everything has it own chall.. the worse moment when there is a lot of files that need to be captured...o when a client came ask about his or her salary then if you try to explain that person want everything to happen just now.of education.they
