Working as an HR intern, performing day to day duties. submitting memos,capturing on the system, compiling minutes, compiling master list, assist on investigations in labour unit. The atmosphere is good, people are friendly, we laugh and work at the same time. we share jokes and lunch. and we work as as a team. we have a rule,you do not know,you ask,you learn. within this period of a 1 year, i learnt more about how to work with other people, dealing with different people with different personalities especially in Hr section since it is people centered. i enjoy the capturing part in the system, using Persal system. the challenging part is the Persal part since it has a lot of information and confusing but at the same time is it challenging but enjoyable.

Leaning
It was not easy on the first day because i was meet new people, but as the day goes on and we introduced each other, that's when we started to be a little bit free. It was so easy to work with them. We worked as group because we were 15 so we couldn't work as 1 group, but we were sapping everyday so that we can know each other better. After a year we were taken to project where we were working in groups again, there was times for pertaining so that we can be fit for our trade test testing. I enjoyed when we are going for pertaining in Port Elizabeth. The most challenging aspect we were treated as children.

Excellent learning curve
I am open to career change and development in the market. Working in an environment that is challenging and developing is more important to me as I am a client orientated person. I am more than willing to learn and improve my skills. I take every challenge with both hands and would like to learn more by being an essential asset of the department and effectively adhering to the values and norms set by the department.

Excellent learning curve
Good exposure in the risk management flied which included conducting risk assessment works, monitoring of controls in place l, conducting ethics workshops for the entire department. Check compliance in the process eg. Supply chain. Assist in disclosure process and conducting fraud investigation and producing reports.
