Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

I work for one of the largest insurance companies in SA and we constantly aim to make a difference in people’s lives. Our organization is is very fast paced and can be very demanding, however, I’ve always been I’m for the challenge. I’m an ambitious individuals who always aims for excellence. I’m passionate about project management and looking to further my career in an environment that encourages growth.

Great opportunity for growth

I love what I do the only issues is that I feel that I am not being appreciated at all. I have dedicated most of my young career to this job and I have changed the sentiments of the providers I look after under a year of being there. I feel I work well under good management that looks after their employees and also have respect. I am a hard worker and always try to express how I feel. I am not a quitter and acknowledge that everyone is human.

It a well reputable company and there's a lot of growth

I'm enjoying every day at Discovery but the sad part is I'm not permanent and people in the company are friendly and I have learnt a lot of things that can grow my career and I enjoy my role as the HR Administrator

Excellent learning curve

A Discovery wellness assistant travels everyday to a different company. Each day an event has more than 20 estimated clients to screen, meaning new lessons, challenges, company image must be represented very well at all times, everyday is a new chapter and there's always something to learn and that's the best part about the job, you get to evolve.

Great comampany to work for

Best company to work for, great packs and laid back environment, so much opportunity to grow. So much to learn from and Managers empower their teams are great as well. Co-workers are awesome, we are able to share information with each other.

Stress and lots of work

Very stressful, management is poor though as micro-managed. Management tends to care more about the business than the individuals needs. Favouritism is very bad , if you become friends with the right folk then you will go places.

No longer working there

The company has been great for me. I got a lot of promotoons thanks to hard work and dedication. If you not willing to worl hard the company is not for you.
