Excellent learning environment, opportunities for growth in career, learning environment.
A typical work day would start at home, planning out which of my clients would need attention, whom has yet to pay, who is yet to receive their billing statement. On arrival I’d pull up an arrears statement detailing all the different outstanding payors and all creditors. My focus would lie on the most problematic and I would commit the the day on assisting the yhe company resolve what ever differences. I would then call all my up to date payors and thank them for their beautiful work. Then I would follow up with a call to all intermediaries in relation to troublesome clients and if necessary ask them to assist, or assist any intermediaries with work.

Everyday was a learning curve for me
Very good invironment, friendly staff. I have ax quired many skills as well as knowledge within the insurance industry. I am able to prioritise and always give prompt feedback to clients. I enjoyed resolving queries and willing to assist my team members. I believe in a job well done.

Great opportunity for growth
I love what I do the only issues is that I feel that I am not being appreciated at all. I have dedicated most of my young career to this job and I have changed the sentiments of the providers I look after under a year of being there. I feel I work well under good management that looks after their employees and also have respect. I am a hard worker and always try to express how I feel. I am not a quitter and acknowledge that everyone is human.

Amazing company with amazing people and growth environment
High target driven environment, time management was everything everyone knew what they had to do and got to it straight away the incentive module was team based so we all understood the importance of playing our part and the impact one had on another this made the team very close as we had to work together towards one goal.

Excellent learning curve
On a typical work day it is always busy and fully booked for health screenings and fitness testing. We have a good working relationship inside and outside work. Confidentiality is very crucial when dealing with clients. I enjoy getting to know people within a short period of time and help them achieve their goals. The most challenging aspect of the job when you have to break down the bad news to a client about their health which is life changing

Workiwork is confrontational The team members are great. Working hours are flexible. You can apply your mind.ng a The line managers are friendly. Before lockdown we had nice events.
