The company is great but no proper management structure, sulting in an unpleasant environment.
The company is great , people are always helpful and has a good learning environment, conducive for experience. The management is not well organized as the managers tend to have different views instead of of harmonious perceptions.

Office manager
Discovery is an awesome company to work for. A typical work day is coming in the morning,have coffee with fellow colleagues then start my work day. I interact with all members in my department. I have learnt to deal with various people with very different personalities very well. I've learnt that respect demands respect. I respect my colleagues and they respect me.

Great company to work for and goes you the opportunity to gr some days there wpuld be a desk drop where tge comapny would surprise all their employees with a gift or edible food item for tge day to keep employees engaged and happy wprl environment ow

Excellent working environment
A typical day is full of meetings, analyzing health data, analyzing claims and preparing reports I have a learnt a lot in the past few years The company culture is awesome...excellent company values I enjoy being part of an organisation that is committed in building our country...source for social good. Not much challenge at the moment.

Great opportunity for growth
I love what I do the only issues is that I feel that I am not being appreciated at all. I have dedicated most of my young career to this job and I have changed the sentiments of the providers I look after under a year of being there. I feel I work well under good management that looks after their employees and also have respect. I am a hard worker and always try to express how I feel. I am not a quitter and acknowledge that everyone is human.

It a well reputable company and there's a lot of growth
I'm enjoying every day at Discovery but the sad part is I'm not permanent and people in the company are friendly and I have learnt a lot of things that can grow my career and I enjoy my role as the HR Administrator

Excellent learning curve
The people there are amazing. The management is very reasonable but the work is too much. The medical aid is not funded by the company and its compulsory which is unfair cause not everyone can afford to have medical aid. There are no shifts you work your standard working hours you agreed on your contract.
