High expectations but rarely acknowledged
A typical day would start at 8am and end at 4pm, however due to the workload employees tend to work overtime or start earlier to get through the day. Working from home option tends to increase expectations even worse, having employees work late most days and sometimes over weekends to meet deadlines, however these extra hours are not paid for and employees tend to burn out really quick. There is also a lack of appreciation coming from management which is felt throughout the team. Team morale in my department has been at all time low by the time I have left. They always asking for suggestions as to how management can turn it around. Itthe listen for one week, then things go back to normal the following week. Not the bestt condition to work under.

Cons: Constant over time/long hours, however not paid for it. There isn't much growth opportunities
