Excellent skills acquisition in the last 3 years
I jumped into a completely new industry. I have learnt an extensive amount of new skills and product knowledge in the Insurance and Investment sector. Typical day involves solving client queries and requests, acquiring new business and retaining existing clients through upsell and query resolution.

Just a number
There is no recognition for work that is being done. Too much focus on negative rather than the positive that is being done. I have learnt a lot in the 11 years. This was my first job but I have hit a wall and it is a bit too big to break down.
Pros: There used to be perks but those have stopped.
Cons: No growth.

Self Starter and applied logic
In every workspace we learn something new each day. The pressures that come with that is how one reacts or responds when levels are high. How one reacts also depends on others. Courtesy, to others, of what the processes and expectations are is key in order to achieve the bottom line of the business

Learning curve
My journey as an OD-ETP professional within the financial sector has highlighted the important and intricate part that learning plays within the competency building within any organisation. Taking that into mind, I have dedicated my career to enhance business capabilities through the systematic process of analysing, development, implementing and reporting on structured learning initiatives to various organisations. Hence I have positioned my prospective employer as being a strategic partner to the betterment of business through learning. I have excellent work relationships, get on well with everyone . Committed to my work and company rules . I always end up with good relationships. I believe in working hard and achieving my goals. I am ready for any challenge ,i have also learnt from my past experiences . I love people of all types , i get along well with colleagues at work. I really dont have much challenges at work , i enjoy everthing i do . Although looking for something different appeals to me.
Pros: Making my own salary.
Cons: working on weekends but also dont mind it.

Corporate company with alot of benifits but also stress
Working for a corporate company could be very tiring at time and it came with a lot of stress but it had taught me a lot of great aspects that I will be able to carry with me no matter what career I have. Self-discipline was something that was very hard to learn but one I mastered it has opened up so many possibilities, it taught me to look at situations in more than just one aspect. There was time where I had to complete projects on my own and there was also moments where I had to be part of a group to complete the project this came in handy for me when it came to working with my fellow colleague’s and becoming a team to reach success. There is a lot I can say about working for Discovery but overall it was a great learning curve where I became a more direct and driven person just myself alone.
Pros: one can go very far working for discovery
Cons: This is a corporate businesswich mean it comes with alot of stress

Excellent learning curve
It's a nice compsny to work for. Team Leaders make sure that we always work as a team. I enjoy most how everyone is always willing to assist each other even when we work in an environment with a lot of pressure. Ithe biggest challenge is being on the phone the whole day and sometimes you don't get to have a break after a hard call. It can be stressful. Also I've noticed a lot of my colleagues getting sick a lot. Migranes, depression and at one point one of my colleagues face on the left side went completely numb and got swollen.
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
