I was able to learn and the working environment was well and we were able to get along with other colleagues and I enjoyed working there without being oppressed because I didn't have much experience at the time but I left happy

Huge foot print in the market

Problem resolution , non stop interaction between staff , colleagues , divisions and customers .Daily challenges keep me motivated and collaboration is always a good thing

If the volumes increase sooner.i hope to be called back to work since lockdown started .

Working as admin assistant, currently being stopped working due to lockdown so they have lo work volumes. 3weeks into the lockdown hoping to be called soon.

Pros: Platform for learning
Cons: Less working hours means less salaries

Good learning curve

The graduate program taught me many life skills that I will use in the future, I am looking forward to new challenges and growing my career, freight forwarding is very process driven and not necessarily challenging, it can become very mandane and boring, one needs to keep themselves busy with other activities like enrolling in school for example.

Pros: Greats learning curve
Cons: Not enough attention on graduate program

Having experience in Dispatch clerk position. To be given an opportunity to work in a logistics company. Scanning freight in and out. Capturing parcels. Sorting mail according to the destination.

Excellent learning curve, excellent company to work for

I facilitate Training to 300 people at a Workshop - This could be more or less depending on the Project Assessing/Moderating of POE's for submission to SETA Ensuring that our Accreditation are active Developing, Coaching, Mentoring of staff ( I receive more then 20 calls from employees on a daily basis regarding their Development ) Ensuring that all Training Specialist know what is expected from them. Ensuring that knowledge are transferred Design and Develop Training Material Applying for extension of scope or funding at SETA's

Pros: People Development, Design and Develop Training Programmes and Material
Cons: Travelling every single week Monday to Friday. (I really dont mind to travel every second week)

Overseeing receiving, dispatch and inventory.

Overseeing receiving of sea freights and airfreight making sure that parts are put away correctly and making sure parts are picked in time to dealerships ensuring counts are planned correctly and counted as per SLA.

Pros: Lot of growth in the company
Cons: High volume of orders
