Excellent career growth

Being a Visual manager teaches you a lot as a retail employee, as to go to fashion shows, meet great people in the business as progressed fashion people. And as for working in the store, being a VM means you need to make sure your customers buy your products from the presentation you put up. Also working as a team to achieve certain targets, not forgetting the company policies as to abide and teach new staff about them. Challenges are sales, as it is our main goal after making sure our employees are happy and our customers are happy.

A company doesn't build implyees well even promotion move ve but I hope they will concentrate on their imployees than profit ry slow business its all about I'm powering staff member for the business to sustain

Excellent learning curved

My typical day at work includes replenishment,stock count,receiving stock, customer service,making sales, housekeeping.Love working at my current company but need to grow in other fields of work.Relationship is good between my managers and I and also my co-workers.Im just looking for growth financially and experience wise.
