Not Excellent learning curve

I worked there almost 5-6 years not being promoted working in stockroom and being a cashier when it busy and also cover when my supervisor is not at work still not getting promoted as my own version Edcon it not a place u can rely on to growth even learning they not giving us opportunities to so to be honest not retail you can go extra mile off

Excellent

I'm a hard worker and I enjoy working with people. My personality allows me to relate with 3in the work place I'm a team player. I enjoy being given many activities and still manage to complete tasks at hand. I am an energetic career oriented person and I strive for excellent in everything I do I'm confident that I'll be there right candidate for the proffession I can do any job as long as I reserve a proper training

Learning curve

Should pay more attention to staff and salary. HR and they systems are always an issue it takes them long to process overtime, sometimes it doesn't even get processed.

A high paced environment

Working long hours with many frustrated customers due to additional fees being added onto their account without their knowledge. It is also difficult to assist customers instore as we are limited to the things we can do and there are times where head office is not helpful and agitates the customer even more. Most co-workers are helpful pending their mood and how they get along with you.

Excellent learning experience
