Must be a good team player energetic and must be approachable
Must be willing to help customers and advise them on certain products and give information, I have learned to to communicate effectively with different kind of people and and of age, I enjoyed advising customers on fashion trends and clothing

I adapted in this current company top managers likes my inputs. I work hard and I leaen everyday.
Our company is focused on customer service. I made sure that I know all promotions and all sorts of information so whenever ghe customers ask about something already I know.
Pros: I study each promotion in the store in communication with the customer.
Cons: We prevent overtime by working extra miles and our job done in time.

Learning curve and growth
Items a great place to work. It is clothing store . I did staff planning ,ake sure replenishment happens, motive and train staff.i enjoyed working together with staff and merchandising the most challenging thing was wnot having manpower and ther is lot that need to be done as wee as not meeting your budgets

Not Excellent learning curve
I worked there almost 5-6 years not being promoted working in stockroom and being a cashier when it busy and also cover when my supervisor is not at work still not getting promoted as my own version Edcon it not a place u can rely on to growth even learning they not giving us opportunities to so to be honest not retail you can go extra mile off
