Great Employer
Very intense and high-paced environment. Co-workers are easy to get along with� if one's emotional intelligence is high. Learnt all I need for my future ventures as the company makes provision for those who are able to be humble yet firm, kind and passionate about the company's objectives. Most challenging aspects of the job have been to know one's boundaries between personal and professional life as there is always the risk of losing sight of one or more aspects of one's life - Failure to do so could cause one to focus too much on work and too little on loved ones. This mismanagement of� time could be to the detriment of one's personal life. Really loved the way in which the organisation helped you mitigate boredom by allowing you to move from one role to the next at just about the point you've learnt all you need to know within the existing role.
