Being at Edgar's wasn't nice because they making us to work hard but their salary was too small My relationship with my coworkers is not good because I was a hard worker I've learned how to deal with costumers To be honest I wasn't enjoying anything there not at all To be disrespected by a customer calling us fools n tell us that why we work as cashiers we didn't go to school

Cons: I was working long hours but they were paying small money and struggling with transport

Dealing with difficult customer's
Dealing with difficult customers. No team work. Enjoy gift wrapping and getting tips. Meeting different people everyday some understand your line of duty, chatting with them as well.

Excellent learning curve
I have learnt a lot from the company, it has taught me about insurance claims, how to sell insurance, how to do customer service, switchboard and admin. We always worked as a team to achieve goals and made fun activities to achieve our goals. The challenge I have with the company there is no growth and the money is too little as am a single mother.

Good leaning curve
It was ok ,working there but they can improve on the salaries and demanding working shifts.benefits must be included as well . Managers must start treating their stuff with respect .working conditions must be improved as well .air conditioner must be working well.and toilets must be cleaned up for the workers.

Working in Edgar's for numbers of years gave expirence with customer serve as remain as pertion with me what discourage me is that company closing lot of stores with I'm thinking we might me affected.

The pressure is high because of the company not doing too well. I enjoy my customers.
The pressure is high because of the company not doing too well. We get good days off. We get late shift allowance which is good. There are great incentives at Edgars . When its quiet ,its boring. When we busy,we make money. We have good relationships with co workers. Managers are understanding. I enjoy doing makeovers and selling my products. The challenging parts are dealing with difficult customers complaints and u happy customers.

Excellent
A customer is always right, as an employee i must make sure that customers leave the store satisfied. Dealing with different customers is difficult because their not the same, some of them they are calm some are noisy & very difficult to deal with. Working at Edgars thought me how to deal with customers, how to work under pressure and how not to let noisy customers spoil my day.
Pros: The advantage is that you learn how operate the system.
Cons: Disadvantage is that working at Edgars is strenious.

Learn how to approach people. Callenging part is competition. It takes alot to guide a customer
I love working with customers. The field I woirk itmakeoversmakeovers help me learn alot about different personalities and how to approach people. Doing facials and makeovers is something I love. I have a good relationship with my co workers. The most challenging part of my job is my competition. The different counters. Because not every customer loves a speciific thing.
