Dear Sir / Madam I have worked in this Human Resource field for more that 5 years I have grown from being a data capturer, office administrator, HR Adminisrator to being a Human Resource Officer . I have worked in the privately owned Engineering Sector and a state owned entity. I have served in different platforms and have worked well in the past five years, I stilll need to grow in my field and explore other avenues, I am flexible and I adapt very well. I am a recent graduate in Human Resource National Diploma and I have been studying short courses such as Labour Relations and Effective Discipline and Performance Management. My soft skills are SAP and VIP premier HR. I am available in a month time and I am willing to negotiate any terms of the contract.

Good learning curve

Good learning curve
To whom it may concern i am working with employees coming from different backgrounds and cultures but we still managed to keep it as a team that is the best in cabling at eskom. i made a good relationship with both my co-workers and client, that makes it easy for me to make the work go fast since mostly we worked on outages and that makes it enjoyable because no loosing team. when we lack somewhere, our clients give us a notification before it even gets worse. we get challenges by working more hours but still we manage because of good relationship.

I enjoy working with ateam and i always respect my job
i have a good relationship with my co-workers and i always learn something new specific to our work and most challenging aspects of the job is working with people who dont respect their job but so far i enjoy my team

I'm a very much dedicated person who has full respect for others careless of race, gender and age , I'm military trained my discipline is up to standard , with great management skills, team motivational skills and problem solving skills, giving me a chance will be an investment as I'm a valuable asset I've started working in this area since 29/01/13 due to my high performance culture I've been promoted three time , my first post was a general worker , within 1 year 3 months was promoted to a team leader worked as for 2 years the to a supervisor, currently Working as a shift supervisor Hoping for an opportunity to prove my capabilities in your section.

Empowerment and growth
Team meeting, review of defects reported the previous day, status update on work, getting new task assignments working through executing batches of tests and reporting pass fail results investigating any tests which failed to determine why and whether it was a bug in the code, a flaw in the test, or a data issue and write up any bug/defect reports necessary review requirements and design documentation for upcoming work, write test cases for those features, create a status report and send to your manager/update status for project manager. The activities for hours 2 through 8 could happen in different orders and they could last more or less time on any given day and some days you might even skip one of those groups of tasks from time to time but in general your days would look something like that. Arranging inspection on site and offsite, with relevant documents, Checking NCR and corrective actions to be taken and preventive action

Poor governance systems, good knowledge as I draw up procedures and systems from scratch. People are less motivated as they believe the company pays less compared to other industries.

Great stepping stone as projects have a variety of technical requirements
Eskom Rotek Industries is a great company to work for. It has challenges which affect directly project delivery. It has a good governance system which requires a huge commitment from stakeholders. The system is chain based and non delivery by one portion directly affects the output

Excellent learning curve
Good working enviroment with plant operation and daily inspection with physical plant walk. Excellent daily communication with all relevant parties via radio. Reporting of any deffects and plant status on daily basis and logging them on Opsuit.
