I am 30 year old lady ,working for preventative maintence for power units and auxiliary.medupi power station generate electricity of 4800mw in total.it has 6 units and consist of balanced of plant and water treatment plants. Coal and ash plants.

Excellent communication
I have work in a Plastic Company called SRF in KwaZulu Natal and I have experience in Sugar,Chemical and Eskom indusrty. I have a S2 Mechanical Engineering and a Trade Test wich I obtained in 2010 at Umbani Training Centre in Durban.

Continous improvement through innovations
learning by creating a learning organization where innovations are valued and pursued. challenges experienced are explored until solution is sought. team work and ability to part take executing maintenance on outages and brining machines back on line in due time is a major challenge

I would like to see myself being expect of my job description
I'm a team player A hard working person Adhere to rules I love my job I work at power station day to day (industrial ) Given a chance I'll prove myself I don't give up easily I'm good in solving problems Computer literate I like challenge I have learned a lot in the field of electrical at power stations, the experience I have is immense.

Exposure to management
As someone who has worked for Sasol before, I have been exposed to big companies where safety is prioritized, prior working for Sasol, I served in many companies as part of in-service training,to name few Afriscan ,Vdan construction,Cross Moor and Yimpi projects ,I worked on water and sanitation,storm water system, parking and access roads and road rehabilitation.

MT 2 PT 2 and UT 2
Performing engineering operations in various areas such as mechanical, metallurgy and measurement technologies. Ideally, knowledge of turbine blades, rotating equipment, boiler plant, materials quality control and generator operations in various Eskom power stations. Acquiring more skills and in-depth knowledge on the Science of material has made me to become an effective Non-Destructive Quality Personnel. Strong communication skills and experience in Quality Auditing, non-conformance reporting and corrective action implementation. Quality Assurance Technicians act as monitors to enforce the inspection. Understand assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Disseminate quality culture to other employees. I have acquired a lot of skills through my current company.

I worked at eskom rotek industries duvha power station from 28/02/14 to 01/03/18
Currently on contract grinaker lta petro sa working with valves and worked sasol under m$s projects for shutdown working with pumps and compressors for 2months

Government Procurement
My time at ERI gave me insight into government procurement structures as well as policies and procedures with regards to formal and informal tendering. I was mostly responsible for the Tranformer and Switchgear Services BU which included workshop repairs as well as site work. During my time as acting procurement manager, I also gained insight into the Construction, Logistics, Bulk Material services (power station operation) and Turbo Gen Services at Power Generation level. This position entailed having oversight and required operational knowledge of all the afore mentioned businesses in order to address on time delivery of goods and services as well as solving of accounts problems for suppliers. The most enjoyable part of my job is negotiating competitive pricing for my company and add value to the revenue generation of the company. Although I am now retired, I am very active and alert and can contribute and pay back by sharing the vast experience gained over my 33 years in procurement.

Excellent growth
I have completed my Bsc degree in Environmental Management Botany Stream from UNISA, currently doing Honours Degree. I have an ability to learn fast and grow with a job, handle responsibility and build a positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels. I am good at persuading others by creating relationships based on mutual trust and understanding. My previous employer was very satisfied with my work rate, and I am confident that I can bring the same level of high performance to any company. IT WAS GREAT working there
I TRAIN IN ESKOM ROTEK INGINEERING AS A APPRENTICE FOR FIVE YEARS UNDER THE FILD OF PROJECT WHICH MEAN I WAS MOVING ALL OVER THE STATION IN SOUTH AFRIKA .
