Great environment to improve skills
I have encountered situations and lot of challenges in this job.e.g -cultural differences -Diversity -Psycho-social approach I get along very well with my co-workers even though i'm bit difficult to please when it comes to safety, quality and production. I was once promised to be taken OFF-SITE because i raised a question about safety of co-workers who worked next to the boiler where a gas test has never been done. i don't mind if my ideas are rejected occasionally. Not every idea can be great. I think it's the willingness to persevere and see things in new ways that keeps every employee engaged in safety talks and safe all the time. I have learnt to cover my own @$$ Despite all, i enjoyed routine work most
Pros: No promotion
Cons: Abnormal working hours
