I enjiy ny wirj but sonetines ut exausta because of theres toi much pressure Custoners arw rude in a way that nanagenent does not understand we as staff are always ti blane because they akways want to look good in costoners eyes then go and sut at the back office not experiencing what we go through as a front line

Opportunity given to learn at different department
Working day is so fantastic learning a lot My co-workers are so amazing they like a family lots of team spirit I have learnt that working together hand in hand with my co-workers really make things easier and in a day we achieve a lot. Learning different roles again makes things easier especially if one is not in then we can just jump in and do the work I enjoy learning new things on a daily basis Is when I have to do something new without training but given a basic of what the job is about it really gives me a chance to grow myself I remember when I had to move to Forex department and was given notes and was told to do the work, well I wasn't sure of myself but I did it
Pros: Promotions are not that much but I have been moved from one department to another and I have gained lot of experience, meeting lots of challenges also a great opportunity for growth.

Excellent customer service skill
Dealing with different cultural diversity,ability to work in a fast paced environment .dealing and assisting help is what I enjoyed.Strong communication is what we had i believe that a happy team produces the best results, a good relationship with my co-workers and customers was held .At times dealing with a difficult customer was some of the challenges I faced
