On at typical working day we work with a lot of financial transactions in an area that is mostly dependant on the flexibility of the staff as we have to be able to fill each other's posts. I've learnt a lot about financial planning, investing and most of all the control of finances and it is by far the most enjoyable thing to do because you not only learn about the work environment but it also contributes to your personal development. The most challenging aspect of the job is the pressure that comes with having to meet different targets on a monthly basis.
Pros: Great place to network and build relationships with clients of high profiles.
Cons: Long working hours of which includes weekends.

Great experience to learn how to work with customers
A typical work day will be stressful yet fun and exciting. I love working with my co workers they are very nice and they always assist where they can. I have learnt that all clients will be difficult you just have to learn how to deal with them. The challenging aspect will be not knowing how to deal with rude client's but eventually figure your way with your charm to try and calm them and assist them in the most possible way.I enjoy what I do I enjoy the days where all of our staff members laugh together. I also enjoy how I can interact with the customers. I have a excellent relationship with my co workers, they are all very intelligent.

I enjoy working at this company because of the good professional relationship between Exco and Junior staff. The energy is so loud and it makes production to flow smooth and successful

It is excellent especially if one wants to grow in the field of sales.
My relation with colleagues is good It encourages me to work very hard and love my job. I have learnt to be accountable in whatever I do. I enjoy reaching my required target. It is challenging if they need sales and you cant get one.

Execllent learning curve
I am a Fraud investigator that investigate alll Digital Banking frauds. I have 10 Fraud Analysts that work under me and they feed me with preliminary investigation from the the bank’s Fraud Managent Systems. I go out and interview the beneficiaries of fraud as well as the victims. Compile case docket and hand to the police. Give testimony in court Compile monthly report for the CEO. Tracing of suspects and the whole evidence gathering is a challenging experience.sometimes hold Suspect Take-down with the HAWKS.

Excellent
Great team work . Change of strategic plans from time to time for new challenges. . Innovative . Open for one's Ideas . Reaching my targets in terms of volumes and Embedded Value . Dealing with different type L's of clients, from low to Ultra high net Worth client individuals and treating all fairly . Dealing with angry clients is the difficult part, but I always put myself in their shoes and I always come up with a solution.

I have a Diploma in Financial Management and currently studying Risk and Management Diploma with UNISA. I have been exposed to many different sectors of the banking / investment segments and have learned many factors hat influence leadership and growth in terms of the yield a business unit generates based on cost and accumulative profit.

It was a great experience and knowledge gain platform
The miner of years that I have been at the bank, the qualifications, the number of departments that I have moved to, the knowledge and the salary I take home don't work together which is my current struggle
