Great experience to learn how to work with customers

A typical work day will be stressful yet fun and exciting. I love working with my co workers they are very nice and they always assist where they can. I have learnt that all clients will be difficult you just have to learn how to deal with them. The challenging aspect will be not knowing how to deal with rude client's but eventually figure your way with your charm to try and calm them and assist them in the most possible way.I enjoy what I do I enjoy the days where all of our staff members laugh together. I also enjoy how I can interact with the customers. I have a excellent relationship with my co workers, they are all very intelligent.

Good place to gain experience

Challenging. You need to be flexible and willing to learn. You learn new things everyday through walk in customers who present a complex problem that needs you to overcome it with a solution. You help out in other departments other than your own.

Perseverance and attention to detail

Good morning, i work in an IT environment so we are always busy and ensuring systems are up and running , I enjoy working in an area that has self motivated people and if not, they should be open to guidance and coaching, I enjoy a loud environment where you can laugh all the Time but still get the job done. All I am looking for is to do what I am currently doing , develop myself and career and work with people I can trust and that understand we all there to do a job, however it should a job you want as we spend most of our day at work. I always give it my all , I expect the same from my team.

Competant Eployee

We work six days per week. Good relationship with our co-workers. More experience about Operation of the branch, following of processes and procedures and management of the Risk in the Branch. Making Shure that all staff know about the areas that can cost us to have loses in the branch and we make sure is always monitored. The challenges in my job is when we have to control risk and is in the public area were the people are passing by e.g. when SBV deliver money in the Branch.

Pros: They take care of their employees as they give everyone opportunity for growth.
Cons: When you reach the ceiling you feel redundant.

My Excellent learning curve

My Review My typical work day is extremely busy and extremely stressful. From the moment I go into work I start contacting and communicating with customers and workers. I worked well coworkers and was of assistance to them whenever they required my help to resolve complaints and queries. I have learned patience, empathy, and how important it is to always be informed on company developments and knowing your customers and products and what a great difference that makes. My most challenging aspects were that I was the one who delivered bad news to the customers and they had to be angry with me and I had to be tactful in managing them and calming them down and get them to understand.

Vast Banking Experience

Good day As a Standard Bank Employee I have gained vast knowledge in the banking industry from the back office, operations, Fraud Risk and Loss management including Vehicle and Asset Finance. At First National Bank I have gained experience in the Foreign Exchange department. I am accustomed to change and find gaining new knowledge an exciting challenge. I work well under pressure in order to meet required deadlines.
