Great exposure

Customer service and crosselling the company product working with society it is very nice but also challenging because you meet different character every time at the sametime you need to be professional at all time, what i most like with my current jobs is that evertime i assist the client the leave my dest with a smile and also teaches me to treat people equally no matter wath and the most thing is to keep the healthy environment with my colleagues

Excellent learning curve

I work in a good working environment, i have learned how to communicate with customers, i have learn how to process transaction fast without making mistakes. i enjoy working at the end of the month because it gets busy, you meet different people. the most challenging aspect is when you make a processing error or when a customer is depositing a lot of coins.

Great knowledge

i work every day in order to achieve my sales and it has really helped me a lot in working in a team and also to adapt to every environment. from the skills i accumulated at my previous employer i believe i can head up every challenge coming my way, as i have dealt with a lot of customers who complaints a lot.

Excellent learning curve

As a migration official I deal with customers on a day to day basis helping them with online banking,making deposits and transacting on digital platforms.I manage and balance atm/aft machines

*It is such a pleasure to work here, I have years working here and really enjoyed myself all the years. challenges will always be part of any work place. *We have pleasant co-workers and a challenging job, however through Teamwork all things are possible. most of all respecting one another, it very important. *I have learnt to respect other people cultures, Communication is also key. *Getting a compliment from a happy client, makes me very happy. *Yes, there are challenges, not knowing what type of queries will be facing through the day, however, positive attitude and putting a smile on my voice, really makes a difference.

Pros: Customer service. Educate clients make them self sufficient. Save them money and time
Cons: Migration of banking service makes life diffficult to keep clients and cross sell other products

It was a great experience and knowledge gain platform

The miner of years that I have been at the bank, the qualifications, the number of departments that I have moved to, the knowledge and the salary I take home don't work together which is my current struggle

It is very good learning curve, you actually mover one position to another, the culture of the workplace is the best. My co-worker are very considerate, they care for each other.

I am a fast learner and adapt to change very fast

I work with consultants reports and I am responsible for loading and maintaining the branches four ATMs and resolving and paying clients ATMs claims and also resolve telephone queries. I enjoy doing admin work, because it makes it easy to interact with consultants when they see me in the front line they know I am looking for my outstanding work and I have a very good way of communicating with them. The challenges I have are mostly the ones from my ATM customers if I do a cash check and the balancing team takes time to send through the confirmations and I have to call angry customers to explain to them how the process and procedures of ATM refunds works.

Pros: Opportunities for growth are there.
Cons: Sunday trading is one of the cons that makes me look for another job.
