It was a great experience and knowledge gain platform

The miner of years that I have been at the bank, the qualifications, the number of departments that I have moved to, the knowledge and the salary I take home don't work together which is my current struggle

Pros: Knowledge gained
Cons: Long working hours no money to show for it

Please advised me of my worth to the current company and please assist me with getting a new job

The working hours varies, it 9 till 6 pm and other week is 10 till 6pm. The relationship with the colleagues if fine, but our manager does give us hard time I have done national certificates in banking, level 5 and I have learned six products since working here I don't enjoy working here anymore. The is no growth and it is all about favouritism at work. workings and salary is the most challenging

Pros: great opportunity but favouritism
Cons: long working hours

Excellent learning curve

The 2 branches that im managing are very busy branches and are mass market branches. I mostly enjoy helping customers teaching them how they use digital channells like cellphones, banking apps to do banking etc . The most challenging is explaining how banking works to a customer who is using sign language but if they are able to write then i communicate to them in writing. I have 2 great teams of performers and i enjoy working with them

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: On month ends we do work long hrs since theres a lot of grant beneficiaries using our bank

First National Bank

working for FNB its a great experience for me, being a bank Teller Has taught me a lot of discipline, dealing with large and small transactions, peoples Personal information that I have to respect all the time, and part I have enjoyed is also doing FOREX, which gives an exposure to a day to day insight on our economy (RAND)....but with that said would enjoy more to be financially challenged, specifically in accounting firms.

Pros: The exposure
Cons: Growth
