Excellent learning curve
When given an opportunity to work I took it as learning curve and to grow myself.It's an excellent learning because it enhances communication skills,working under pressure,interpersonal skills and reaching company targets .In order to reach certain targets team work is initiated so I've learnt to work and understand different characters of people .

Communication skills
I have learned a lot from my employer from communication, telephone, brand awareness and customer service and product knowledge. I have learned on how to deal with clients in a professional manner and get to know what the client want and have to identify client's needs

Good organisation to work for
I work well with my colleagues as I am a team player. Find the work environment suitable place to work at. I enjoy working there, because we know how to balance business and pleasure. I get challenged by working there, because everyday we learn new things.

I,'ve become more confident when doing presentation am also very good in customer service and sales
Am a very bubbly person easy to work with and a person that like challenges always want to come with ideas but want to discus with colleagues so that we becoming the wining team am easy to approach I prefer to follow rules and orders it makes work easy and enjoyable am a person how like being around people currently at work would get people how just ask for solutions to their problems am able to aduct to different divers am very energetic person to work with and partying love music

Diligent and targets driven person
I am vigilant and dedicated person with a strength in communication.Iwork in a branch banking were efficiency and innovation is required for great performance on a daily basis. I always feel great to communicate with clients and find solutions on there problems,and that gives a opportunity to bond with a client's and gain more trust. I always transform problems into sales.

Excellent learning curve
The job has taught me a lot and introduced me to different aspect of my career. The work environment is conducive. The work allows for travelling which also allows for future growth in development within the job.

Pressure point
My normal day there's always pressure with queries, contracts and giving great service. I have good working relationship with co-workers from all regions nationally. In this role I have learnt how service is importAnt to every business. How to improve and be innovative on products or services we provide. I have also learned that as an employee you have an important role to play in the success of the business and how it is importAnt to always upskill yourself as an employee, learn more about aother business units within the company. I enjoy interacting with the customers, getting my job done with the stipulated time. I really enjoy solving queries, problem and making sure my region is operating efficiently. The most challenging aspect about my job is the pressure and fast changing environment and systems. Everything else is not that challenging.

The job will afford me the opportunity to grow more, as it will expose me to different challenges.
I am currently employed as an Occupational Health Nurse, however 98% of my work entails primary health care. My responsibilities are offering primary health care to the bank's employees, treating minor ailments. I have been working here since June 2016 - 31/03/2013 as a temporary member of staff. I was appointed permanently on the 01st April 2013 to date. the working relationship with my colleagues is good, there is team work and support. in comparison with my previous employments, I have been exposed to working with executives. What I have learnt and what started off as a bit of a challenge was regular call outs to different offices to go and attend to employees who are not feeling well, some of them turned out to be serious. I have therefore learnt to keep calm and think on my feet on how to manage emergencies.
Pros: I would like to be exposed to new challenges, that might open up new opportunities within my chosen carrer.
