i work every day in order to achieve my sales and it has really helped me a lot in working in a team and also to adapt to every environment. from the skills i accumulated at my previous employer i believe i can head up every challenge coming my way, as i have dealt with a lot of customers who complaints a lot.

Dependable hardworker

I am currently working as a Business Intelligence analyst at FNB and have worked as a BI Developer for two years at Modernising Management, I have worked as an intern at Velisa Africa Academy, learning more about data analysis. I completed Bachelor of Information Science with BCOM Informatics as an elective in 2014 at the University of Pretoria. I have become accustomed to working in a hectic, fast paced environment, which requires handling multiple tasks simultaneously. I have worked on several projects at Standard bank and during my studies I have worked with a wide range of people, from various backgrounds. This has taught me valuable people and inter-personal skills and etiquette. I believe that these factors along with my broad Information Science and Informatics knowledge base and my personal skills such as initiative, commitment, analysis, and learning agility will enable me to excel in my field.

Excellent Learning Curve

Good working space great co-workers most challenging aspects is when dealing with difficult clients,handing objections and mostly meeting deadlines.however the challenge gains me more experience in the field of sales

Customer relationship

I have a good customer relationship and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. I also do work to my best ability to achieve the set target or deadline. I enjoy working in an environment were I offer solution to people and help them to tackle day to day challenges.

Excellent learning curve.

I enjoyed my time at Fnb. They gave me necessary skills that i needed to get me a proper job. I learned alot pertaining to Admin and Receptionist. Coming into the company, i felt like i would never fit in but i did.

Unconditional positive regard

I am a young vibrant young lady, always ready to turn a challenge into an opportunity for a greater tomorrow. I completed intensive ten-week program to instill behaviors needed for the world of work, including attendance, punctuality, positive attitude, energy and curiosity. Training in numeracy. I enjoy communicating on all levels. I respect the diversities of others around me, being able to stay calm while a customer is venting at me is a skill I venture at mastering each day as this is the most challenging aspect in the customer service environment. While working in the customer service department I have learnt that customers want to be heard and they do not want to feel like just a number. Exceeding their expectations and being sympathetic gives them a sense of comfort and allows their voices to be heard.
