Excellent Customer Relationship, Hardworking and dedicated

I am a dedicated and proactive professional who always strives to achieve my best. My previous work experience has equipped me with communication and interpersonal skills. I am self-motivated and strive to overcome all challenges within the working environment. With my good time management, I can work on several tasks at once. Excellent organisation and analytical skills, problem solving and accustomed to working unsupervised as well as under pressure would best describe me. I am discreet and sensitive in dealing with colleagues and customers.

Attention to detail

I would have to log on my work station. Ensure that all credit interest rates have been refreshed for the day. Check if there are any matured investment account. 9am I would get calls from branches requesting me to deal rates for new money or existing funds. With the banks liability in mind, we would proceed and negotiate rates.

Pros: Kept in touch with inflation, and economy

Hard working

I've been with FNB for the past 6 years now where I've been supporting their ATM software. I've learned a lot of things within their walls and personally am a hard working individual who pays attention to detail. Works well within a team, as I'm known within my peers.

How to work and have a process being your guide.

The finance industry is a grate place for a new carrier . As it teaches how be professional, treating clients and managing stress while calm and serve those angry and irate clients. As for the people at work it was just awesome with every come from a different product house which they with one or other experience with the bank product one had no choice but to learn to work in a team whilst at same time you got to produce your individual productivity.

Dependable hardworker

I am currently working as a Business Intelligence analyst at FNB and have worked as a BI Developer for two years at Modernising Management, I have worked as an intern at Velisa Africa Academy, learning more about data analysis. I completed Bachelor of Information Science with BCOM Informatics as an elective in 2014 at the University of Pretoria. I have become accustomed to working in a hectic, fast paced environment, which requires handling multiple tasks simultaneously. I have worked on several projects at Standard bank and during my studies I have worked with a wide range of people, from various backgrounds. This has taught me valuable people and inter-personal skills and etiquette. I believe that these factors along with my broad Information Science and Informatics knowledge base and my personal skills such as initiative, commitment, analysis, and learning agility will enable me to excel in my field.

Establish and maintain good relationship with current and prospective customers. Helping on the floor and capturing customers information using computer system.

Unconditional positive regard

I am a young vibrant young lady, always ready to turn a challenge into an opportunity for a greater tomorrow. I completed intensive ten-week program to instill behaviors needed for the world of work, including attendance, punctuality, positive attitude, energy and curiosity. Training in numeracy. I enjoy communicating on all levels. I respect the diversities of others around me, being able to stay calm while a customer is venting at me is a skill I venture at mastering each day as this is the most challenging aspect in the customer service environment. While working in the customer service department I have learnt that customers want to be heard and they do not want to feel like just a number. Exceeding their expectations and being sympathetic gives them a sense of comfort and allows their voices to be heard.
