Great entry level job
Working for FNB is great although there are some challenges that come along on certain days- working with customers can be rather tricky at times. The staff is very friendly and we all get along very well. I've learnt how to communicate better with people and I enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life.
Pros: Learning the work of other departments

Pay attation to details
I am diligent worker that always take pride in my work, make a positive contribution to the company, flexible to work in a changing environment. I am well motivated, innovative, and hard-working, a good team player that is always willing to learn new skills and confront challenges with all efforts and I’m also familiar to use cash books-payments &reconcialation, creditors-full function, debtors-full function and all recons on finances

Excellent work experience
It's a healthy environment to work in, too much pressure and the concern is to provide high standards of customer service. Team work is also our number one priority, in this environment I've learnt that understanding customer's needs is alwAys the best way to go.I alwAys feel proud of myself when customers come in and wait for me specifically if I'm busy they prefer to come back

Ive learned a lot over the 3-4 years.
You learn a lot at such a young age being around the Bank industry , i found it interesting coz I got to learn a lot about how to deal with money advicing clients to do better and just helping them to do their banking better and cheaper. The world is getting so much better, machines are taking over thats why i was there to advice and give our clients more intell about the new and improved banking.
Pros: The wonderful clients we had , building a relationship of trust is very important. Co-workers was always understanding and always there to lend a hand. I enjoyed the conversations I build up with our Clients , was always those who came looking for me personaly coz they trust me fully to help them.
Cons: The crancky customers and older ones that wasnt realy sure if they wanted to improve their banking meaning the new technology , it changed a lot over the years just making our clients do their banking easier and cheaper.

Learning opportunity /new challenge
I seek a position in a professional company which allows me to grow and become an asset, adding value to the company. My goal is to assist the company to grow to greater heights while furthering my own career and expanding my knowledge. I believe in growth and aspire to be the greatest I can be, given the opportunity I go out to deliver expectations and diligence and integrity. I am a team player and I believe that one’s success depends on his/her ability to contribute in a team. My career objection is to be an expert and a leader in a field that I am and to learn as more as I can be a great contributor to my team.

Excellent learning curve
At FNB Insurance Brokers we have individual portfolios that each person is handling however we still do work as a team and help each other here and there. It is a very small branch with 10 short term insurance related employees. It was and is still a great learning curve to be at this branch hence we do all the work relating to administration of policies. Theres no specialized person on a specific task which in turn is a very good opportunity for a beginner

Hard worker and dedicated with more concentration
Daily working with different stakeholders, I am a friendly and approachable person to work with. I have learnt to maintain a good and healthy working environment, presenting to the executive committees. I can work without any supervision and able to work under pressure and making sure that I understand the business.
Pros: making sure i will add value to the company and make a difference

Great learning curve
good working environment the company management is friendly and knows how to get along with everyone I have learned to work well in groups and learned i enjoy the fact that the management gets along with everyone and the is no racism of any sort

Excellent learning curve
Interacting with customers, advising them about products suitable to their needs,positive ,team players, helping solve customer queries,enjoy working with my colleagues a lot. I've learnt to work hard,be humble,problem solving. Advising customers. Convincing customers to buy products
