Challenging and fun to work there
Day to day we start by printing reports and compile the work that we did for the previous day to be signed and check if tellers did sign their work. total number of tellers is 18. I then balance their work re capture their work and check if their work balances to what I balanced.
Pros: must always follows the procedures
Cons: Long working hours if we do not balance

Great Learning Curve
Working for First National Bank has been a great experience journey and I have learn alot such as day to day operations, maximizing profit, reduction of expenses and HR admin.

I have expirience of customer services i was working at banking industry since 2009 until now i know how to handle the clients i know how to hadle the angry client i have excellent client services ad i am a work harder

Excellent Learning and growth was given to me to expand my knowledge.
My Letter to Support my application I have achieved the highest accolade given in the banking industry being the Rainmaker Award for 2011 for the Service Specialist of the Year. In the course of my duties at FNB I also reached a level of trust and respect that allowed me to train other co-workers on various work systems and platforms due to my knowledge and skills sets.

I fell that i am not being paid well enough considering my experience and my qulifications
it is great to work for one of the biggest bank in Africa and the experienced that I have gained gives me confident not to be afraid of challenges. My typical work day is to build relationship with customers, increase revenue, promote our products , deals with queries and challenges and do presentations to clients and other stakeholders. Also deal with our vendors.
Pros: currently i am doing my second year in Bcom Management just to develop myself

Its not easy to work with different characters at the same time advice them
I have learn a lot in finance department as I work with People money, to handle it and giving advice how to invest them .Working with figures its my passion.My current post its interesting because I meet different character of people. It was important for me to start my career here because now I know how to handle client's on a difficult situation. As now I appl for this post is to learn more and explore with my career

EXCELLENT LEARNING AND GROWTH OPERTUNITIES
A typical work day is challenging due to high targets in sales to be achieved and maintained. I get on well with all co-workers and we achieve greatness together by motivating one another. I have learnt various skills in sales and management systems. I enjoy being employed in an environment with he possibility of personal growth and earning an income while achieving my goals. The most challenging aspect are the changes in government requirements that change constantly and have to be implemented.
