I have learned and gained a lot
Customer service is the way to grow business,retaining the very customer we have and making sure that they get the great service always.and in turn they sell our business to people out there.that way we grow the business which makes us happy and our customers a are also happy to have chosen us and trusted us to do our ourbest in ensuring that we nurture and value their business
Pros: Working towards a common goal, and achieving the goal
Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours

Central point for learning
The hours are very long and we work shifts. But in that time I managed to learn a lot in terms of monitoring and system administration so as to run batch properly, create relationships with customers and incideny management and logging

Excellent learning curve and growth opportunity
My organization promote diverse cultural behavior. we work as a team and it allows people to grow while learning different skills.There is huge promotion opportunities. Bursaries are available for those who are willing to study further and they is leadership programmer available as well for those who are interested on becoming leaders.

Could do with improvement
I service different clients daily with regards to their banking. My job entails problem solving skills which are implemented during calls. I also have to reach daily and monthly sales targets as stipulated by the contract. My time at FNB has taught me a lot about working with people, it has enhanced my communication skills and taught me about sincerity and empathy.
Pros: I get the opportunity to learn something new everyday

Knowledge base improves radpidly
During my time at fnb we were divided into groups of 5 where we developed a completely new loan application system. We developed an interface for internal application where a new client can be added or all information can be updated or reports drawn. New and multiple loans of different types and interest rates can be persuaded by a single individual depending on internal documentation. The interest is based on blacklistings,additional loans, proof of personal information and credit score. All these different loans and clients are then stored into databases so report generation is easier to accomplish on different loans, clients, payments and collections in different areas.

Positive attitude towards work
I am female who is currently interested in current job. I have 13 years working experience as sales and services provider at first National Bank provider. I have obtained National Diploma in IT and currently studying Bachelor Degree in IT at Tshwane University of Technology. Working for banking sector I have developed positive attitude towards my work which make it easier to have good teamwork and leadership skills with co-workers. Working as customer service provider it is challenging to have a difficult customers hence I have learned to understand and analysis task to meet the customers needs. My current job teach me to think fast and have best solution for the company.

My Co-workers were good we even meet for collaboration sessions. punctuality and reach my target.
My relationship with my Co-workers was good, when ever I experienced difficulties I would go to them and they would assist. I have learnt that it is important to collaborate and work as a team and share ideas. I enjoyed learning from my mistakes and taking accountability. Challenging aspects of the job you need to know if through the call the agent is not putting the bank at risk and address it immediately.
Pros: Good way to exposure you learn something new everyday, some of the challenges you can resolve on your own. Upskill and have product knowledge
Cons: Once you don't pick up the mistakes in a call. You will be accountable for any negative impact that may occur as the calls will be audited
