Good communicator written and verbal
Good day. Am a team player and can work independently. Good communicator (written and verbal). I've learned a lot to work for legal and pre legal department . You need to be a good listener and be able to assist with documents for the attorneys . I have enjoyed working with them as we did traditional regions and going outings together to have or celebrate ourselves when we reach targets and even birthdays we contribute among ourselves for cakes and present. I was on Fun community for the team. Thank you

Flexibility
great company to work for i enjoy flexibility as im all about that team player i learnt so much about products we offer, from when a client apply for credit card till when a card is delivered to a client the challenging thing is, its difficult to move from one position to another

Learning experience
I work to relieve the consultants and tellers throughout the day and have longer working hours. We provide customer services and also teach customers to do transactions by themselves. Making use of online banking and App.

Would prefer more work flexibility and new challenge
Long hours with not much work life balance. Salary is ok as there are opportunities to increase commission earned. Would li SaA new challenge will be the most rewarding part of change ke a new challenge.

Could do with improvement
I service different clients daily with regards to their banking. My job entails problem solving skills which are implemented during calls. I also have to reach daily and monthly sales targets as stipulated by the contract. My time at FNB has taught me a lot about working with people, it has enhanced my communication skills and taught me about sincerity and empathy.
