Pros: It has different platform to grow you career into and exposure is very big as well
Cons: Work rate depends on which department you at it’s different from one department to the other as there’s many departments you can be channeled to

My company is dedicated to customer satisfaction , they make sure to deliver and to train their staff customer excellence and also train their workers accuracy so as to reduce unnecessary time spent by their clients inside the bank ,

Excellent learning curve, high paced environment
FNB Connect is a telecoms business within FNB and I joined when they were just starting up so I really learnt a lot in terms of new startups. It was a challenging and high paced environment and I dealt with all levels of staff from call center to senior management. I really enjoyed the experience

I worked at fnb for 5years as a bankle teller. I gained customer service skills.how tk work with customers good one bad. It was a good work environment got along well with my colleague ,there was team spirit in everything . We worked hard to gIvinghoe excellent service to each customer

Excellent learning curve
It was an exciting learning place with warm and welcoming people who empower each others. I have learned a lot and not only about programming, also how to hold yourself in a workplace space. I learned a lot about mavens, spring, servers, back end and front end programming. The thrill of learning something new everyday got me excited too
