Excellent learning curve

I learned a lot throughout all the positions I've occupied in the company. I have grown and I'm always ready for new challenges. There were a lot of challengers that forced me to become strong and more determined to strive for the best results through hard work and dedication.

Growth and opportunities

I am a Financial Manager looking after the Finance Operation Team for Home Finance on of the biggest business units with FNB. Branch Controller -Manage and direct staff in terms of their daily sales and customer service. _ Do daily sales / customer experience stats. - Make sure that their daily/weekly/monthly targets are met. - Look for new sales / business opportunity to grow the business I enjoy sales and attend to customer needs and build good customer relationship. Most challenging aspect of my job is when we are not on target and to work out a strategy on how to overcome this challenge. Excellent relationship with staff and management who treat me with respect - value my contribution in the team. _

Very challenging but it made me who I am today.

Very challenging with a lot of customer's expectations.Working individually and team work is very crucial to balance this 2.Very vital to manage your time, planning and co-ordination. But mostly solving problems is what I enjoy a lot, what I 've learnt is to put customers 1st and happy.

Excellence curve

I work as a quantitative analyst. I am currently working in the banking sector. I enjoy working flexible hours. For example, coming in very early so that I can leave early. I enjoy working on projects that challenges me. The most challenging aspects of my working is dealing with legacy systems that take a long time to replace that can create a lot of dependency on the manual side of things. Especially if the nature of the business is driven by ad hoc requests. I enjoy building relationships where I am with the managements and exco members. It helps me to understand the dynamics of the business.

Perfect learning curve

Being a junior wasn't easy as I was introduced to testing for the first time however with the help of my team, I was quick to learn the ropes and find comfort in testing.
