Growth within the company is little to none existent, there is no set standards to measure the work out in or anything to show recognition for going an extra mile, micro management is also one of the biggest issues however apart from that it’s a great place to learn and gain experience I believe the experience can open many doors

Excellent learning curve
I learned a lot throughout all the positions I've occupied in the company. I have grown and I'm always ready for new challenges. There were a lot of challengers that forced me to become strong and more determined to strive for the best results through hard work and dedication.

Great career experience and growth
I have learned alot in the job I am in now,as it was my first job. I got exposed to the working world, the environment and got enough experience as the team were helpful and supportive. I discovered alot about myself in the job and I believe I will use the skills and experience to further my career journey.

Word working person
I'm a hard working person who likes her work, I make sure my working environment is the best place to meet our dead lines and to be at work we must embrace it cos that the place we spend most of our time at so we need to make it the best place to be. I Lear very fast and I don't guess things if I don't know something I ask and apply I'm make it my problem to ask and get that thing right the first time. Make work fun and enjoyable and less stressful for my self.

Cons: If I have to work even on lunch break to push the work I do so.

Challenging and dynamic workplace
A typical work day in Private Banking includes setting up meetings with clients to understand their banking needs better and to see how the company value proposition can satisfy their needs. I then need to schedule time to follow up with clients and walk them through the sales and fulfillment process. I also need to assist with any client queries which come my way. I do this by navigating my way through various departments in the bank to find solutions for client issues. I often need to take the initiative to follow up with various teams to ensure that queries are resolved timeously and to the client's satisfaction. The final part of my day would be keeping track of my sales progress, and analysing client portfolios to find opportunities for the next day. The goal is to mine through the existing clients I have and to line up sales calls and meetings for the rest of the week.

Cons: Processes not clearly documented, leading to service breakdowns and inefficiencies

This is a great learning environment. However the work/life balance is not something that you will want. There is alot of work and a time vs output challenge needs to be done in the b.i environment
