Excellent leadership skills, excellent systems knowlwdge of banking
a typical day at work would be to priorities my daily duties at start of business. my relationship with my co-workers is that of an open door policy, knowledge sharing, the go to person and treating everyone like they matter and contribute to the business. i have learnt on how to manage and deal with conflicting situations as well as leading a diverse team of consultants. i have learnt that showing interest in the growth of people with in the business is a contributing factor to the success of the team and the business. i
Pros: the on great pro is seeing a consultnat grow into a position that they worked for. i have gained a lot of banking experience and knowledge. i am flexible and adaptable to any environment.
Cons: i was required to work till 6 and 1 saturday a month.

Good communicator written and verbal
Good day. Am a team player and can work independently. Good communicator (written and verbal). I've learned a lot to work for legal and pre legal department . You need to be a good listener and be able to assist with documents for the attorneys . I have enjoyed working with them as we did traditional regions and going outings together to have or celebrate ourselves when we reach targets and even birthdays we contribute among ourselves for cakes and present. I was on Fun community for the team. Thank you

Excellent learning curve
I learned a lot throughout all the positions I've occupied in the company. I have grown and I'm always ready for new challenges. There were a lot of challengers that forced me to become strong and more determined to strive for the best results through hard work and dedication.

I am assigned as a coordinator with responsibilities as: compiling stats, processing invoices, maintaining staff files, business compliance & managing the budget for the company to save costs.

Excellent learning curve
I got to start from ground up and it was not easy but I'm glad I was noticed and given another position within the company.I learned a lot about the banking sector even had the opportunity to brush up on the skills I already had and at the same I developed new skills.

Central hub for learning all scopes of the bank
The company is a very central place to learn most of the banks function as we support most major functions which gives rise to numerous opportunities to learn

Word working person
I'm a hard working person who likes her work, I make sure my working environment is the best place to meet our dead lines and to be at work we must embrace it cos that the place we spend most of our time at so we need to make it the best place to be. I Lear very fast and I don't guess things if I don't know something I ask and apply I'm make it my problem to ask and get that thing right the first time. Make work fun and enjoyable and less stressful for my self.
Pros: I'll like to work my way up.
Cons: If I have to work even on lunch break to push the work I do so.

Excellent
I am enthusiastic, self managed, dedicated, results driven and reliable person who is not afraid of responsibility. I work well in a team environment but also display initiative and ability when working as an individual. I have strong interpersonal skills, influencing power and always up for new challenges as I desire to learn and grow as much as I can. I am pro-active and I adjust easily to change because I fully understand that we live in an ever changing world and change is therefore inevitable for any organization aiming at remaining relevant. I have a National Diploma in Marketing Management and currently studying BA in Communication Science at UNISA. I have extensive experience as a Fraud Analyst for 5 years FNB Contact Centre.
