Excellent learning curve

It is challenging as we deal with private clients accounts. It needs accuracy and efficiency. We need to work together as a team with co-workers because we might find ourselves dealing with one client.

Excellent

I am enthusiastic, self managed, dedicated, results driven and reliable person who is not afraid of responsibility. I work well in a team environment but also display initiative and ability when working as an individual. I have strong interpersonal skills, influencing power and always up for new challenges as I desire to learn and grow as much as I can. I am pro-active and I adjust easily to change because I fully understand that we live in an ever changing world and change is therefore inevitable for any organization aiming at remaining relevant. I have a National Diploma in Marketing Management and currently studying BA in Communication Science at UNISA. I have extensive experience as a Fraud Analyst for 5 years FNB Contact Centre.

Eagle to learn

i have a good relationship with my co-workers in a way that we work as a team . Working as a team helps me to learn lot of things like when we do our job it is important to do things first time in a right way.

Pros: When i started working for FNb i became a teller and then i moved to a ATM custodian up until now.
Cons: My working hours during the week days it 08:00 to 17:00 and on weekends it 08:00 to 13:00, Sundays we normally closed. Working long hours it something that i am use to it and i dont have problem with that as long as we get paid over time.

Excellent learning curve

FNB is a great company to work for, as there are various departments within FNB. However one can grow into another area and work in another department to gain more knowledge and experience only if there is a vacancy available. I am ready for a new challenge as the current department is not the right culture fit for me, and I hope to find that on my next role.

Cons: Not all Senior Managers are Leaders, and those have high staff turnovers

A platform to grow to many departments

It’s a wonderful great company to work under as it exposes you to the insight of financial ideas of spending and how to grow capital to profitability.with the growth of technology how to adapt yourself to the future ways of living.

Pros: It has different platform to grow you career into and exposure is very big as well
Cons: Work rate depends on which department you at it’s different from one department to the other as there’s many departments you can be channeled to
