Excellent service that i give client
my day start at 8H00 until 5H30 that i enjoy a lot because I love working with client it teaches you to be humble to listen and to be patience as we meet different people everyday . I loved managing my staff as we one family we share ideas on how to grow the business and increase your sale as we works with target .I learn to understand to approach different situation in different angles , i have learn to understand the ups and downs of business , to understand your client are the heart of the business so as employees to run the day to day duties to make the business grow. the most challenging assept to was when I do not have powers to help client who need help seriouslyv. I work up everyday knowing that I'm going to make a difference in someone life and that fulfull my heart . because we service everyone working in your door regardless of race and portfolios they are all treated the same .

Excellent
Out different systems and how to better manage them. I have also learned a lot on support to business.. Word working person
I'm a hard working person who likes her work, I make sure my working environment is the best place to meet our dead lines and to be at work we must embrace it cos that the place we spend most of our time at so we need to make it the best place to be. I Lear very fast and I don't guess things if I don't know something I ask and apply I'm make it my problem to ask and get that thing right the first time. Make work fun and enjoyable and less stressful for my self.

Monthly sales planning Set monthly targets - cascaded to individuals as per capacity Daily targets and action plans to achieve the daily set targets Review strategy and corrective action plans to adjust targets Typical Sales plan Target company x with a relevant owner and with potential x amount of potential customers and set our selves a target of x. Team effort is imperative in going out to appointments and presentations because each person has a specific and important role to play and I enjoy the presentation element. A lot of learning is involved which includes customer interaction and the conversations one has with the customers as well as understating their financial needs challenges stem from the fact of uncertainty, sometimes even if you plan to the last detail, some last minute obstacle may arise and disrupt ones plans.

The bank was great a lot opportunity to upskill. But working shifts was a challenge. Hostile working environment was a challenge too. But I learnt a great deal from all the departments I worked in.

In the morning I check and update CEO diary and meeting schedules. Check on his outlook for urgent and important meetings or queries. escalate enquiries to other managers reporting to the CEO. manage and organize necessary document that the CEO will require for his daily meetings. Follow up on document management with other managers or their personal assistance within the Business Unit. Follow up on daily purchase requisitions, stationery and refreshment for CEO office, I have worked well with the team and managers reporting to CEO and the Busines Units. I always communicate with other Personal Assistance to make sure that our ofices work run smoothly. I have learned a lot about Time Management, Good communication Skills . Challenging aspects : Reporting feedback from the team turn around time with action point for the minutes and CEO report,
