Great learning opportunities
Growth within the company is little to none existent, there is no set standards to measure the work out in or anything to show recognition for going an extra mile, micro management is also one of the biggest issues however apart from that it’s a great place to learn and gain experience I believe the experience can open many doors

The work culture at fnb is easy going. This allows for greater productivity because people ae more approachable. The relationship between co workers really depends on the particular department withing the organization that you work for.

Excellent working environment
I am currently working at FNB in a position ta that is intensely in administrative.
