Excellent way to start off my career

I would spent the first 2 hours of dat sorting out clients financial portfolios, calculating qoutes and prepare any important documentation. The next 2 hours I will call people, referrals or cold calling. Lunch After lunch I start to see people for the day, sometime I saw people until 10 o clock the afternoon. My co werkers helped me a lot to start off and I will still asked them what their opinion will be on certain clients. The most important thing that I’ve learned as a financial advisor is what ever you put in you will get out. The new people I met is what I enjoyed the most, to make new friends. Most challenging aspect is the lapses that come through, you have to work on customer availability and time. Their was at least 2 lapses coming through per month.

Target driven, professionalism and commited to completing the task

I'm working for Liberty Life, End User Support Department and is currently in 2nd Line Support - Back Office. I handle incidents that 1st line support agents are unable to resolve and also resolve incidents that was logged via email. In most cases I will assist my co-workers if they are unable to resolve certain issue and also handle certain escalated incidents. What I enjoy the most is that I'm able to assist and also educate people especially with easy resolutions. Relationship with co-worker are exceptional and only challenging aspects is not enough training or incorrect training is provided for company products and system applications.

Pros: None
Cons: No growth, To much Nepotism, does not see your worth.

friendly atmosphere,the coworkers are always wiling to help and they champion the spirit of teamwork and customer service. learned to be compassionate and think of the person on the other side of the phone call when communicating with clients.

I work hard to intimately understand my customers, organisation & team needs and use that knowledge to improve solutions and services I use all my interactions as opportunity to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Great working environment with friendly experienced staff members.

great working environment with friendly experienced staff members. Kind manager who always pushes us to do more. typical day includes processing claims and dealing with client queries. the most challenging part of the job are the different client personalities you get to deal with; but resolving their issues always brings me great satisfaction.

Pros: great working benefits (medical aid, leave days, bonus)
Cons: workplace has more mature employees (mostly aged 40 years and above)

Self determined

I believe in myself I work smart and hard I love team work I am time conscious I believe in my work and leaders I respect finances I can work under pressure I am willing to learn and be more strategic I love my family Etc. I wanna see the interest of the company achieved with great delivery service to its customers. Some you will learn if i am considered the best candidate for the post hou have.
