I learnt that if you want to succeed in life you have to give your best short to your work, working with people it's actual a good thing because I learnt many things and how to behave yourself and treat other people. We had a good relationship as a work team and we make sure that the company is growing everyday. I always enjoy to work with people that understand each other and the most part I enjoyed is that every month we were given a day that we work hard and give the best at the end of the day. You have to nice and kindly when you are dealing with clients even if you were not okay .

A great opportunity to learn the industry.
Apply this in your personal life and will give you the basic survival skills that you need. In order to learn one needs to taste the good and bad. This will develop your inner strength.

I'm a fast learner.
I can work at an overcrowded area, also work overtime hours. I can talk to people loud and clear as i am an advisor at Liberty life. I can type computer i have an End User Computing course.

Excellent experience and multiskilling. Time keeping and punctuality.
In my years of working for a corporate company I have leant to be multi-skilled, from products to systems. I have leant to work individually and as part of a team. I have been given the opportunity to help the team by being an assistant team leader. I enjoy motivating the team to do their best and achieve monthly targets and I am always hands on when it comes to group activities and team buildings. I have learnt to be punctual and keep time, being stats driven.

Discovered my passion for insurance administration and servicing
I started my career as a life policy administrator, I grew within insurance industry gaining overall expierence with both long and short term with great team members. I am.Really passionate about insurance as it's been my career industry since I started my employment. I've been with liberty life for 10 years nor or less and further gained not expierence with other insurance companies. I want back toliberty and it felt If j never left. I've learned the importance of teamwork and treating co workers with respect.and diligence to create a working environment Every employee longs to be and do their best

Hi. My name is Matshidiso Motsomongwe. I am a 2018 Actuarial Science graduate from Wits University. I have 5 exemptions to date: CT1, CT2, CT3, CT5 and CT7. My goal is to fully qualify within the next 3 years. I am a hard worker and I always put in the work that is required and more. I love team work and I am always looking forward to a good challenge. My current job: I do pricing every morning and on other days I do progressive bonus calculations, interim income bonus calculations and I also do Buy/Sell which is a process that assists LibFin with their daily, weekly and monthly trades. I enjoy learning various things and being involved in different aspects of the Business.

Underwriter of note
I work with over 7 countries in Africa, dealing with Individual, Group and Credit life applications. Travelling to these countries to offer training in the team and new members joining the company. Sometimes it becomes a bit much to travel. I have great relationship with my colleagues and management.

Good communication skills,learning skills
Communication is the best in my previous work because we were working with clients dairy,listening also is important to listen clients needs,working long hours in the working site to meet your targets,travels a lot to go meet clients

I'm not sure about this one
Typical working day is when you are suppose to phone the client that are not paying the premiums and only to find that they are related to the financial advisor. I have a good working relationship with my co workers. I have done fingerprint course, sap and health and safety. Meeting different types of people. When the suppliers are not been paid on time and you have to prepare for the function and they don't want to deliver.
Pros: The working condition is good but the problem is when most of the managers are resigning
Cons: It is nice to work at this company as you are the one managing your time
