Working experience
Currently i manage my time and schedule, i work in a team of 18 advisors and all of us are under a manager. I have learnt to be an entrepreneur in this space, all the calls are from "cold calling" which makes it very challenging to get a positive reaponce. Perseverance is what moulds an individual in this industry. Constantly uplifting myself and my team mates to make sure the "gees" never drops. A typical day is never typical in any way. Everything is planned for from the previous week to the previous day. Setting appointments according to when a cliwnt is available to ensuring that at some times yoy accompany them to the Hospital lab to complete the underwiting process. Its engagung with clients everyday and ansuring that their financial process is one that is smooth and with no /less hiccups. I enjoy being a financial planner because it afforded me flexibility to be available for my children and meet clients even when its after working hours.

I am mastering investment and risk
Liberty has given me the joy of exposing me to the world of finance and insurance; and have been in the forefront of client's satisfaction. I enjoy helping people to achieve their financial freedom through my advice. I am a commission earner, and this has its positive and negatives. I like the team work and how the office space is structured; allow team members to interact easily. As a Financial Advisor, I control my time and manage my clients based on my time. I deliver the results and continue to do the best knowing that I am changing the lives of the people.

Liberty Life review
Liberty Life has a wonderful corporate culture, managers and sales leaders are always helpful and offer utmost support. There is team work and I have a beautiful relationship with my co-workers. I did not enjoy been commission based and doing cold calling. I have learned skills such as how to sell, be a leader, do presentations etc. The hardest part of the job was to cold call, but I was good at making sales and advising people accordingly.

First Job Opportunity
Great company with exceptional individuals and lots of learning to do. Lots of hands on experience and a lot of problem solving opportunities to let you grow to the best of your abilities. High paced fast inviroments with lots of SLA pressure to meet towards month ends. Company culture is still a work in progress with lots of changes to be made with regards to being promoted or credited because of your abilities and what you can do as an individual.

Goal orientator
I work at liberty for five years and it was my first insurance company to work for and I had a lot of experience regarding sales and customer services,I have a good communication with the management and my fellow employees and we attend refreshing training skills and its been a tremendous experience to work for such big company!

Well established and trusted institution.
I was previously employed at Standard bank and resigned in July 2016 to seek further opportunities in the United Kingdom. Have since returned due to family responsibilities. I gained knowledge that few companies can surpass and wish to return and continue to build relationships with customers and peers. I enjoyed the culture and support within the bank and remain loyal to it. I am more than qualified with regards to experience and education. I know I was a great asset to the bank and the bank provided me the skills that I still use on a daily basis, both in my personal life and business. I thoroughly enjoy building and nurturing business relationships and working with positive and energetic colleagues.
