Because of mining (Production) back round; enjoy arriving early with the team and leaving as well at the end of the day (Workaholic). Love to spend my day underground there where the problem lies, and together make a plan how to resolve it. (Give back experience gained through the years). Can work independently as well as in a group, dish out work and receive as well. You are never too old to learn something new. Satisfaction of seeing something that works out at the end of the day and somebody been taught excels as well. Different scenarios that you come upon that need to be dealt with successfully at the end of the day.

Good attitude
Typical work daily is to ensure all my subordinates are well physically and mentally by doing a check in on everyone. Then I do inspections on all of my area of responsibilities. How I relate with my co workers is I focus mainly on what id expected of us as workers, I am a team player even though I am a leader I always accept new ideas for better performance. I have leaned that no matter how good you are you must always give people a chance, it will make you grow a person. I enjoy new challenges, be hands on or paper work. Having a leader who does not allow employees to come up with new ideas, it makes it difficult to convey message to my subordinates and it does not make work to be enjoyable.

Hard working finaincial manager with insight and positive mindset
I am a financial manager and working in the mining industry for 18 years. I have a very good understanding of the industry with great experience in financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, financial accounting and capital. I am a hard worker and give more than what is expected of me and I do not hesitate to put in the extra hours to meet deadlines and goals. When I step into a new position a relish the challenge and do whatever it takes to complete tasks successfully and with insight. I understand that the tasks that I do are to influence the business positively and to ensure correct decision making.

Administrative exellent
I have gained extensive knowledge in the Payroll Administration department as well as a HR Reporting Officer. I am a self starter who requires little tot no supervision. I have extensive Sap knowledge as well as excell knowledge.

Largest platinum mine. Not a great place to work. Due to the distance to travel to work and back. The potential take over by Sibanye is nerve wrecking.

Excellent
I worked for the Company for 9years on weekly days, i worked very professional with vo-workers, they always want to see one grow and they give to tasks to do in oerder to grow you.I've learned to learn peoples personality and love growth they implemented. Being in tge industry snd meeting people and the hapoy invironment to work in. The is always challenges in the work place allvi learn is yo be carm and deal with the difficulty i come across.

PASSIONATE AND DETERMINED
I enjoy my challeneges at work, getting to work as a team with team work is a great motivation. I like sport as well but i always put work first. I am willing to relocate
