y aspiration nor will my career aspiration limit me from providing the best services to my employer. Good experience
Challenging, customer focus, pressure, improving communication, improving speed working with a computer, multi task, working independent or as a team, dealing with different customers, handling quries, assist customers.

Excellent growth opportunity
Managing the general floor. Managing staff. Stock control. Shift management. Maintenance, shelf control all of which allowed me to learn what it entails to run a successful floor in a large retail company.

Exellente learning curve

Good for dealing with customers
There isn't enough room for growth You can work there for 4 years without getting a permanent post No bonus no provident fund you get all the benefits though when you're permanent Good for someone who still needs experience in dealing with customers or working environment

Good Company
A very busy company with lot of customer and employees. Good working environment Perpose of the counting is to determine our shrinkage in each and very department. Shrinkage is a word we use to determine loos stock Relationship with co-works is always challenging. Challenge we face each and very day is dealing with difficult customers and suppliers. I enjoy working overtimes at any time. l have learned that dealing with difficult customers is the most important key part in the busines,because makro value there customers regardless of any co-incidences

Dealing with different departments
My name is Jean.. I am a hard worker and loves my job.. I do not mind the retail hours because that is what I do. I am a currently looking after my mother, my daughter and her 2 children. I like to stay bisy . I like working with people and learn more about what makes them tick. I love training people and to see people grow. I think the most challenging aspect of my job is to get everyone to work together and to understand each other.

Willing to learn
Managing stuff and making sure that we reach the target every day and create a good relationship with employees and try to listen and learn from them every day and by doing so i enjoy each and every day and make sure that i make my customers happy every day.

Big company, World wide, learned a lot.
responsible of all receiving in the store. 3x divisions sorting out queries from suppliers and DC following up on returns for credit submitting hours on a weekly basis for casuals and forklift drivers making sure that all stock comes into the store following up on outstanding claims make sure all suppliers invoices is submitted for payment
