Excellent learning of working with customers
Am Excellent in English, I can work over time and under pressure , I am self motivated and self-dependent. I know that customer always right, I can make sure that all customers get all services. I can start to work immediately if I can get a chance .

Good learning curve
Good work , good relationship , staff member need to be encouraged to do more or working towards achieving the store goals " working beyond the call of duty" What I enjoy most its the challenged I bought to the company. the challenging part its to make every member to think outside the box

Self motivated
I have been in the retail industry for the past 3 years.my most recent experience in with customer service. my real strength is my attention to detail. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting deadlines. what I'm currently looking for is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on customer retention and sales.

Excellent customer service
I liked working there even though it was a casual job I enjoyed and have gained lot of experience and knowledge, customer satisfaction guaranteed.i had to wait for a call before I can go to work and that really strained me because I was enjoying every moment. Makro is a company that is full of opportunities and put it's customers first which is why I enjoyed every customer by giving them a great what they needed and made sure they leave our shop smiling and happy.

Excellent learning curb and character building
Working for makro was a great experience and skills development in terms of my qualifications. However working wiuth old staff wjo rely on yers of experience and lacj of academic qualifications is a challenge. People do not want to feel intimidated by a new kid in block and therefore alot of bullying and extensive hidden wirk knowedge being passed over.vw w

Journals, and Balancing the Accounts.
i really enjoy working in Makro especially working as an Accounts Clerk. i enjoy handling all different types of queries en always looking for new challenges. i really do enjoy being around all my my co workers en i don't have any problems at all. i have learned many things but the most thing of all is to be strong and responsible in my department at all the times. and to always do the right things. i enjoy working on the computer doing journals and Balancing our Accounts,More that working with queries on the phone because i do not talk too much, but i love people en always smiles just talking much is not my thing. i really like challenges on anything i do.
